Good location and good hotel when the AC works.
Pros:

location, good size room for Paris. Breakfast was very good and good value.

Cons:

AC was broken during our stay when Paris temperatures were very hot. We had two rooms. Our son room was so hot he came to our room and slept on the floor using the bed cover as a mattress.

Ein einfaches aber günstiges Hotel in der Nähe von dem Zentrum
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut,direkt an der Metro Station.
Das Apartment war groß genug für 3 bis 4 Personen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten.
Das Frühstückspersonal war nicht sehr motiviert und freundlich.
Das Apartment bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung.

Emplacement parfait
Pros:

Emplacement parfait à la sortie du métro Place d'Italie. Quartier plaisant. Très confortable et spacieux , nous avions un studio superbement équipé.

Cons:

Une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre car clim en panne..
Au petit déjeuner, très cher 15 euros pour de l'industriel et de surcroît, c'était uniquement café lait ou chocolat car la machine à eau chaude était en panne.
Le personnel de réception fort peu souriant, à 2 exceptions près.

Pros:

Très bonne situation géographique, pour visiter Paris . Ligne bus et métro juste à proximité.
Appartement confortable et propre .
Le personnel est agréable.
Le café gratuit et à disposition toute la c'est une belle surprise.

Cons:

Il y a eu un peu de bruit à cause des travaux en cours pendant notre séjour. Nous comprenons bien que les travaux sont nécessaires pour l'entretien de l'établissement mais nous aurions préféré être averti en amont de notre arrivée pour décider ou non de maintenir notre réservation pendant cette période.
Sinon tout s'est bien passé malgré un peu de bruit.

Pros:

Da scegliere per la posizione in Place d'Italie, comoda alle fermate dei Bus e della Metro. Possibilità di camere con angolo cottura, supermercato nel Centro Commerciale di fianco all'Hotel. C'è una stanza lavanderia con due lavatrici e una asciugatrice che funzionano con una App.

Cons:

Gli infissi delle finestre e la porta che dà sul corridoio sono datati e non sono insonorizzati, quindi si sente rumore di traffico e persone di giorno e di notte. Non puliscono la stanza se non su richiesta e a pagamento, se servono ulteriori asciugamani puliti o carta igienica si va in una stanza a prenderli autonomamente. In bagno l'aspiratore non funzionava. Gli scarichi del lavandino e della vasca non funzionavano in maniera ottimale e l'acqua scendeva molto lentamente, ma credo sia un problema diffuso nelle grandi città.
