Pros:

We absolutely loved the location, close to everything but away from crowds. I also appreciated the staff on getting us to a better room.

The worst hotel experience. Rude gossiping staff and dirty rooms.

Cons:

We were first given a room that wasn’t even cleaned, and it also wasn’t the room type I originally booked. We had to go back down to the lobby and request another room with two beds. After finally getting settled for the night, we discovered a huge dried blood stain on the sheets. It was obvious the bedding had not been changed by housekeeping.

We contacted the hotel and were told that since there was no housekeeping staff on duty, we would have to change the sheets ourselves. Completely unacceptable. After speaking with the manager, we were accommodated in different rooms for the night, but then expected to move back into our original rooms the next day. That meant packing all of our belongings, moving rooms late at night, then unpacking and repacking again the next day just to return to the original room. It was exhausting, and during all the moving around, some of our personal belongings were accidentally left behind in the temporary rooms.

To make matters worse, once we returned to the original room, we noticed broken glass on the floor that we were stepping on. At that point, we were honestly tired of complaining and didn’t want to come across as “Karens,” so we just dealt with it since we were checking out the next day anyway.

The only nice part of our stay was probably the pool and hot tub. But for the amount of money I paid, I’ve honestly had much better experiences at cheaper hotels nearby. I booked this hotel thinking paying more would mean a better experience, but that definitely was not the case. It also became uncomfortable because multiple staff members seemed to know our room number and situation, making it feel like employees were gossiping about us.

Overall, this place was not worth the price at all. I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

A very convenient stop over place. Great spot. Quiet.

We were glad to have a room!
Pros:

The location was perfect! Close proximity to everything.

Cons:

We had to go back 4 times to get keys that worked, our AC unit did not cool at all. Cooler outside than inside. The paint was in poor condition and the wallpaper is coming off. Room 918. When we got to our ship we had a lovely cockroach in my suitcase. We understand these units are privately owned and this one needs some attention.

バルコニーが広く、眺めがいいのでいい時間が過ごせた。景色がとても良かった。

施設が古く、清掃状況はとても良くはないが、問題なく過ごせる状態でした。
シャワーは水が弱いがシャワーなら問題なく出来るが、風呂には入れないと思った。

Pros:

一階にあるパンケーキに店が美味しかった。

Cons:

長ーい髪の毛が床やタオルについていた。清掃が雑にされてる。ベット上にあるクッションや、シーツにもたくさんシミがついていた。
洗面所の排水口からドブのような匂いがして、歯を磨くたびに気持ち悪かった。部屋数の割にはエレベーターが足りてない？のでかなり順番待ちをした。

Conveinient and close to transport
Pros:

Close to transport and walking distance to beach, shops. Nice outlook over sea and canal.

Cons:

We scored a room by the trash deposit which ment our room smelt of rubbish after the shoot was used.
Maintanance was lacking as bathroom door did not shut. Air con leaked onto balcony as pipe disconected.
Supplies were abailable from reception but room only serviced every three days.
We understand its only 3 star accomodation.

Hidden fees upon arrival, had to pay extra for “amenities” that I didn’t care for/ should’ve been included in the listing. Host also made the process for checking in extremely slow and wasted over 20 minutes. Bathroom shelves had dust although they claimed a sanitization check had been done.

The view was great, and the staff were very kind.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t come to my room. Also, the explanation was unclear. I found a plastic bottle under the bed, and the window wasn’t clean.
