The bed is very comfy and the location is incredible. It was 5 mins walk to ICC. The room also is very clean.
The hotel also offer the service to keep your baggage before the time of checking in or after checking out.
The wall can hear through,i used to wake up on the sound of room service staff cleaning the next room.

The website/internet showed photos of a pool and I didn’t see any mention of it being closed.

Booked through Booking.com for 2 adults and one child at one price then when we got there they wanted an extra $80 for a bed for our child

We chose this hotel as we were seeing The Lion King at The Capitol Theatre. Location was brilliant and went to China Town on the way to have dinner. The room was great - more than we expected and would definitely stay here again.

The gym is too old and ill-equipped; plus, the pool is under construction.

The breakfast was not optimal - no veggies, no cheeses, very basic (except for the variety of fruits that was nice)
The AC in the room was set to a fixed temperature and we couldn't regulated, thus it was cold for us (we traveled in August)
Great location
Was suppose to have a queen room but when we got to the room it was 2 single beds. I could have gone back and spoken to reception but took the opportunity to not sleep next to my husband haha
