Amazing family friendly hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so easy. We appreciated the complimentary water station and morning coffee, and the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay, comfortable, well positioned in Waikiki and the staff were amazing.

Cons:

Lift played up a few times, but that’s not an issue when we were on 4th level as stairs were accessible.

Der Wasserspender und morgendliche Kaffee waren super, die Mitarbeiter freundlich.
Die Lage ist gut. Für den Preis und die Sterne-Klassifizierung bestanden aber deutlich zu viele Mängel, würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir das Zimmer nicht vor 15 Uhr beziehen. Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet und auf einer abgelegenen Etage. Den letzten Stock konnten wir nicht mit dem Aufzug erreichen; wir mussten zu Fuß hoch gehen und die schweren Koffer tragen. Das Zimmer enthielt kaum Ausstattung und war bei Bezug verdreckt. Am Boden lag Schmutz und Müll, der auch vom Reinigungsservice bis zur Abreise nicht beseitigt wurde. Dieser spülte auch die benutzten Gläser nicht und entfernte auch den Sand nicht aus der Dusche. In den Wasserleitungen war Luft, so dass diese bei Benutzung laut zischten. Die Dusche verfügte nicht über eine Ablage und war undicht. Außerdem war das warme Wasser immer wieder aus. Am Pool unten befand sich gar keine Dusche.

Anniversary staycation.
Pros:

My wife and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here. Sheppard and the staff were outstanding they were always friendly and welcoming. We loved we could bring our pet and celebrate as a family. The pool side atmosphere cannot be beat we spent the entire day lounging downstairs. The location is within walking distance of everything that we enjoy in Waikiki. We love the experience so much that we booked another stay in November. Please let Sheppard know that the service was excellent.

Tolle Lage, aber eines der schmutzigsten Hotelzimmer, die wir je erlebt haben – für den Preis absolut nicht akzeptabel.
Pros:

Die Lage in Waikiki war hervorragend und der Balkon war angenehm. Das war jedoch leider das Einzige, was positiv aufgefallen ist.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Zimmers war für einen Preis von rund 200 USD pro Nacht absolut inakzeptabel. Bereits beim Betreten war offensichtlich, dass das Zimmer nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt worden war. Der gesamte Boden war voller Hundehaare, Schmutz und Pfotenabdrücke und wirkte, als wäre er seit längerer Zeit weder gesaugt noch gewischt worden. Auch die Dusche und das Badezimmer waren mit Hundehaaren verschmutzt. Die Bettwäsche war voller Flecken und machte keinen hygienischen Eindruck.
Der Zustand war so ekelerregend, dass wir uns trotz eines langen Flugtages nicht einmal getraut haben, die Dusche zu benutzen. Zum Ausruhen haben wir unsere eigenen Handtücher auf das Bett gelegt und uns ausschließlich mit unseren eigenen Handtüchern zugedeckt, weil wir uns auf der vorhandenen Bettwäsche nicht wohlgefühlt haben.
Dass ein Hotel hundefreundlich ist, stellt grundsätzlich kein Problem dar. Es darf jedoch nicht zulasten der Sauberkeit gehen. Ein Zimmer in diesem Zustand anzubieten, ist für ein Hotel in Waikiki und zu diesem Preis schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Es war mit Abstand eines der schmutzigsten Hotelzimmer, das wir je erlebt haben.

Why oh why do hotels use farmhouse doors with large gaps as bathroom doors is beyond me..Sure, id love to both listen and smell the other guest with me in the room. Failure.
