Landscaping and path to the resort was lovely
No place to park your car on your own. Forced to use valet parking at a $35 daily rate. Ugh!
Their sustainability efforts on top of the fact that CO is in the middle of a drought. If you don’t have a car, the Village Connect shuttle and Core Transit buses made it easy to get around Beaver Creek, Avon and Vail. There is a massive coffee/tea station set up on the third floor so there’s no need to use the keurig in your room. Most everyone travel with water bottles now, so there’s a fancy water refill station by the front desk where you can get flavored water, sparkling water, hot water, etc. Love the little details like sunscreen by the lobby elevators in case you forgot and needed some. Granola bars in lobby baskets in case you needed a little pick me up. Summer is prime time for renovations. The central air in our room was not working, but they had fitted the room with a portable a/c unit. Had an extremely relaxing time here and would choose this resort again if I ever return. Was here for a wedding.
Nothing really.
Awesome location!

We absolutely loved staying here. Beautiful views and great food.
No breakfast provided but was part of of reservation.
The location is beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious.
The moutain view was impressive.
Reception area needs to be changed back to former design. Current area hardly does the property justice.

The hotel could use some upgrading in their bedding and linens, as well as the bath towels and washcloth
Got it—here’s a warmer, more personal version that feels like something you’d naturally post online:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We really enjoyed our stay at The Pines Resort. The staff was so courteous and welcoming, which made a big difference right from the start. The place was spotless and very comfortable. We also loved the location—Beavercreek has so many great places to shop, eat, and just spend time together as a family. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely coming back.
