Sort your phone out and your lights

Groundfloor and restaurant OK, bedroom poor,phone did not connect to reception and lights failed to come on at 4am!

The rooms are extremely small and there is no closet space whatsoever. Bathroom is very small other than that the room was very nice and clean and comfortable.

We have used this hotel before and will do so again, it does the job well for a few nights in London
Pros:

Ease of location for Euston Station. Small and friendly although the standard rooms are a bit compact. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Staff most helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Annoying maintenance issues with plumbing which were dealt with but routine maintenance would have headed them off.
