Fabulous location, clean room, comfy beds, staff were all really helpful.
There wasn’t a shelf anywhere in the bathroom so literally nowhere to place your toiletry / make up bag.
It was very close to the Euston train station which was important for our needs. Our room was very clean. As a first time visitor to Europe, things are more “petite” there including the room sizes. It served its purpose, was very clean, and I thought reasonably priced.
We found it odd that we visited 3 countries in Europe and there were no wash clothes in any of the hotel bathrooms. I am not sure if wash clothes in hotels are just a standard in the USA.
Reception was great when we checked in extremely helpful. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Room was clean and comfortable with the air con.

Fantastic location, staff were really friendly. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. And they had air conditioning which in a heatwave is much appreciated. Would definitely come back.

Clean, great location, nice size room with space for a table which was good as we had some room service pizza which was delicious; helpful, friendly staff!
Air-conditioning doesn’t cool very well just blows air around the room so not a particularly comfortable night. Not having a fridge means also difficult to cool down. Lighting is bizarre, three different lights in the main room but it’s all or nothing so couldn’t have a low light for getting ready to sleep (What’s the point of a bedside light with a dimmer switch if you can’t turn the spotlights off?!!) I checked with reception and yep its designed that way! Had to get my daughter ready for bed using just the bathroom light.
If you order a salad make sure you like dressing, i couldn’t taste anything it was so drowned in sweet stuff. Taxi had trouble dropping us as zigzag lines outside so may need to walk a bit.
Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Superb location. I stayed here with a service user I support and have no complaints. We were very happy with our stay.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij St Pancras, wat de reden was voor mijn boeking.
Mijn trein was pas om 18u, dus een ruimte waarin je je nog eens kan opfrissen (desnoods mits betaling) zou wel handig zijn. Nu heb ik mij opgefrist in de toiletten.

Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Euston station and 20 mins walk to Covent Garden. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very modern and clean with everything you'd need. So would highly recommend.
Our room (club twin) was very compact, which was adequate for 1 night. Next time I will opt for one of the larger rooms.
