We had a great time because of the staff being so friendly.
Pros:

Staff was the best part, they were so friendly.
Breakfast was good, drinks were good.

Cons:

The pool area was not inviting. More greenery would make it look nicer.

An excellent experience from start to finish (friendly staff, very clean, nice pool, good food).
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, pool and hot tub were great, kick back and breakfast was great and well stocked. Beds were soooo comfortable!!

Cons:

Our toilet was leaking and maintenance was already gone, but they promptly took care of it the next day. It didn't bother us, as these things could happen anywhere.

Pros:

The breakfast was great 👍....the location was close to the zoo....the staff was very helpful....room was very clean....the kickback time was fun and good....we really enjoyed our stay.thankyou.

Overall everything was good.
Pros:

The staff we seen was always friendly and helpful everyone from the front desk to the people in the food area. Things in the eating area were checked and cleaned up very quickly. Always had good food and good amounts available. Always stocked on towels for the pool.

Cons:

My problem was with the room itself. The bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned very well. There was dried pee down the front of the toilet and on the floor right in front of it. I have a husband and son so I get this at home sometimes but wouldn’t have thought it would happen at a hotel. No I didn’t complain. I understand things happen.
