This was my second stay at the Dublin location and will definitely come back.
Pros:

We were there for a music festival and the hotel was sold out, the staff went above and beyond expectations to get us an early check-in

Good hotel value for price but key disappointments
Pros:

Breakfast, modern rooms/facilities, hotel has indoor pool and fitness center

Cons:

Staff, housekeeping, lack of parking, also training of staff very low/communication. We were there for 4 nights and housekeeping didn't come in once. Yet the day of check out they were pounding on the door before we were even ready. Also, the rooms seemed very dusty, a lot of allergens. Please upgrade free body wash/shampoo felt like I was putting chemicals on my head. Also, the snack room a good idea, but put debit machine in there bc waited at front desk no one to cash me out.

The pool was beautiful! The food was delicious. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

It is a very busy property, staff is very hard to find. There were multiple times we would go to the pool and there were no towels.
