Our stay was very comfortable, with a clean room, friendly staff, and a nice free breakfast buffet.
Pros:

We got there too late for the free dinner, but I was very impressed. I have never heard of a hotel offering free dinner. I did enjoy the free breakfast the next morning. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

Cons:

The only thing I would have changed is for the TV to have a roku so I could watch my subscription services. However, I know many people do not have these, so having cable was okay too. I just watched my shows on my own device instead.

We went for the Columbus Zoo to begin with, but this hotel made our trip the best.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. Tyrone was the first person we met and he was absolutely amazing. He was there our entire stay and was super friendly and helpful. I have never had such a great experience at a hotel. Tyrone NEEDS A RAISE!!!!

There was nothing that I didnt like.

Clean and friendly atmosphere.
Pros:

The room was clean which is extremely important to me. I ran to the breakfast area to grab a coffee and was greeted by 2 staff members. They were very friendly and helpful. I also requested that if at all possible I would appreciate checking in a half hour earlier. They had our room ready when we got there. We had a funeral to go to so we really appreciated that.

Can't think of anything.

A great place to stay!!
Pros:

My stay was nothing but a positive experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was pricier than I was hoping to pay, but overall I was very satisfied. The complementary breakfast and dinner was so good. Much better than the average breakfast bar. The area around the hotel was great for walking my dog. It had mostly sidewalks and grass. There was even a pretty pond with some fountains nearby. I have already been sharing my experience with friends. I would definitely stay again.
