Good room, price, and location but be careful with the front staff, they arent very bright.
Pros:

Good if you’re on a budget and essentially want to be in the middle of the city. Clean rooms but old.

Cons:

Make sure that either one of the morons at front desk actually take your deposit before they give you everything for the room. Both sides believed they were getting scammed cause they screwed up initially and we believed he took it cause why wouldn’t he? Every other hotel makes sure to get the deposit. Eventually we figured out what happened but if they had done things properly it wouldn’t have happened. Be careful with the front staff, besides that it’s a decent budget stay.

I will never again book with them
Pros:

The toom was very dirty and smelling like cigarette smoke when they was supposed to be no smoking I asked for another room they claimed they were all booked so I asked for a refund and they said they would so I went and book another room some where else and I was still charged for it very disappointed

Was worth it for the price/distance to where we were going but likely will not return.
Pros:

It was a block away from the venue we were visiting. The couch was easy to convert into the bed version. There was also a sushi place nearby that was very good and priced similar to where we're from.

Cons:

There was broken tiles by the entrance to the bathroom, which was an extremely narrow path between the wall and one of the beds. Also, the couch bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the person who slept on it had excessive back pain the next day. There was also a very loud noise that was causing one of the walls to vibrate in the middle of the night (around midnight or 1 am, unsure of the exact time), which we were not aware would happen and woke all of us up.

Pros:

Good location, reasonable parking, smelled clean and beds were comfortable

Cons:

First I arrived and staff completely ignored me saying I wanted to pay my deposit with cash. Didn't go over what he was charging my card, interacted with me enough to tell me my room number. At first room seemed ok. Until I took a shower. Absolutely the worst water pressure, would come and go. And worse was the sound, like a jack hammer was in the shower with me. And that sound continued off and on throughout the night. Could barely hear the tv over how loud it was. And definitely didn't sleep well. And then to top things off while getting dressed I noticed a cockroach on the bed I had just gotten out of. I went to tell front desk at check out and just got a oh sorry. I asked about my deposit and was informed that they don't release the funds til midnight.

Pros:

The advantages include only the location,
- close to the Muni and BART stations,
- close to the city center

Cons:

- The bathroom was in very poor condition; when you took a shower, the entire pipes would vibrate very loudly.
- There was no cleaning or towel replacement during the entire stay (that's how I hung the sign). Even when I caught the cleaning lady and asked for a replacement towel, she took them but didn't bring new ones.
- There was a lot of wind through the cracks in the doors, so they had to be sealed with something to prevent the cold and the loud noises.
