Resort is a great location. They have another property across the street directly on the beach that you can use their pools and have drinks at their Tiki bar. We were in the studio until which had everything we needed for just the two of us.
Had pizza and drinks at Stingers a short walk between the two resorts. Cute bar/restaurant that’s been there for 30 years.
Will definitely go back to the Santa Barbara.

A True Example of Exceptional Customer Service

We arrived in Pompano Beach after a horrible experience at another hotel and honestly didn’t know what to expect…. From the moment we walked into Club Wyndham Santa Barbara, everything changed.

Starting with the manager on shift and continuing with every single staff member we encountered, we were treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and compassion. During a very stressful time, the entire team stepped in and helped us when we needed assistance the most.

This is customer service at the highest level. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and taken care of. My husband and I are so incredibly grateful and thankful for everything the team did for us.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone there — you truly made all the difference and turned our trip around!

We love coming here, pompano is nice town, the hotel is near the ocean just across the street.staff are always there for you.

We stay here few years and like it. Nice persinnel, great apartment, fully equipped kitchen and great balconies! Warm pool.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the time at the hotel. Right next to the beach. The rooms were clean and looked updated

Clean spacious room. Kitchen equipment supplied with just about everything needed to make a meal. Very good location.

Much was OK, a few things were very nice, and one thing really sucked. The property is fine - it seemed well maintained, the units were spacious and comfortable, and there was a good amount of free parking. The location is also good - on the inland side of the beach road, and guests are free to use the beach and bar at another nearby Wyndham property across the road. The building staff is friendly and attentive.

However, it's not really a resort - as at least one other person has noted, it's more like a hotel with large suites, no restaurant, a pool and a pop-up bar or two.

The really horrid part was how we were treated by the "concierge" staff, who appear to be separate from the building staff. The short version: they got our credit card before fully explaining that we'd been signed up for a dinner AND a lunch, and that the card would be charged if we failed to appear. Not wanting to be subjected to the hard-sell timeshare pitch yet again, I had to argue with this person until she finally claimed that everything was cancelled. Of course it wasn't really canceled, and I ultimately had to phone the area Wyndham management (whose number the front desk graciously provided) to get the resulting $100 charge reversed. The management person I spoke to claimed that this was not how they wanted their guests treated and that they'd be retraining the concierge staff person. But even if she believes that, I think this sort of dishonesty is inevitable given the hyper aggressive sales culture of at least most of the timeshare industry. In any case, the whole incident left a really bad taste in my mouth. The Bottom Line: give your credit card to the front desk for incidentals, but NOT to the concierge no matter what they promise you.

Most everything was great there except for the long hair that was on the floors and stuck on the walls of the shower

Excellent location across the street from the beach. Clean and comfortable room. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
