The resort was nice so I asked to extend it, a rep told me I can do a timeshare presentation and they would give me 20k points I can use to extend my stay for a night. I did the presentation they gave me the points then told me I can't use it to extend my stay...smh

Always a great stay at the Wyndham. We enjoyed the various pools and location.

Concierge’s manager was extremely rude. They were supposed to offer shuttle service to the beach since they’re not on the beach and there were two days out of the week that they were not offering it and she had no alternatives for us nor did, she seem to care at all that we had no way to get not only to the beach, but to our excursion that we had planned.

This was our 2nd time staying here for a week during the summer. It's a decent resort for a getaway, and not far from the beach and other activities. The rooms are very spacious and clean and well-equipped for a week's stay. We cooked in our room, barbequed outside by the pool, enjoyed the hot tub and both pools, the live entertainment, music, poolside bar, as well as the fitness center and even the Spa for a full body massage. The grocery store and a casino are both right across the street, as well as several eateries. The Resort staff are friendly and accommodating too. We are coming back again next month for another week. ***** The only thing we didn't enjoy was the VERY HIGH-PRESSURE TIME SHARE PRESENTATION. Unfortunately, my father passed away while I was there on vacation, and I was devastated. I tried to politely decline the purchase of a vacation membership and explained that I was grieving the sudden loss of my Dad while there on vacation, but the salespeople showed no compassion and refused to take NO for an answer. THEY WERE RELENTLESS*******It was so unpleasant and uncomfortable, but unfortunately it was a requirement to attend the presentation, as I stayed there as a PAID guest of a Vacation Club Member. I do not fault the Resort for this, and I did report this to management who called me to apologize. Other than that, everything was great. Just don't attend the presentation unless you plan on buying a very expensive vacation membership.

We have been going here for our annual girls trip for 8 years. We have always been very happy w our stay. Tori Jodi Rafael and Karlie always make us trip wonderful. Will see you all again May 2027.

The pictures are a lie! We just checked in 30 minutes ago. Our unit is not even on the secured resort grounds. We are in a two story unit that looks like an old motel that they tried to fix up. Unit has a funky old mildew smell. This is not what we booked. We chose this resort because of the pictures but this is not what we picked. Luckily we are leaving for a cruise in a couple days and won’t even need to stay in this dump for the whole week. Had we needed to stay here for the week it would be an issue. The smell is overpowering and the unit itself is old. I would never give this place a 5 star rating. We are in a motel unit that they tried to update and did a terrible job. We are not even on the secured resort grounds. We are close to the Main Street where anybody can easily access the area. We vacation in Florida every year and like to try new resorts every time but this place is by far the worst we have ever been to.
