Absolutely terrible establishment!

Cons:

The room had a roach in it, had a room with a tub and it had stains all over it, room service came in and didn’t change sheets they just made the bed with the dirty sheets, sink doesn’t drain. Front desk was made aware, he claimed something would be done but nothing was done.

Not staying here again.
Pros:

The location is the only thing great about this hotel.

Cons:

The room was dirty and not clean. The fire alarm was hanging down not put up properly. The sheets were dirty and we found a bug in our bed.

Good location.
Pros:

I stayed overnight to catch the 530am bus from the transport center. The walk is .9 miles but an easy walk. Thanks!

Cons:

Il the walls are paper thin. Luckily everyone went quiet after about 10.

Really disappointing, been coming here for years and it just gets worse and worse. Probably won’t return at this point,

We have been coming here for years. The location is nice located near a lot of shops and we always enjoy the hot tub.

Cons:

Place is getting worse and worse every year, our door didn’t even lock properly, they tried to downgrade us twice with zero compensation into substantially smaller rooms with smaller hot tubs as well. Wasn’t able to leave because our door didn’t lock so was forced to order door dash and pay exponentially more and couldn’t explore the shops or go out to eat dinner. Somebody came and smacked the door lock a bit and that was the extent of what they could do in a suite. Nobody at the desk when we left. Can’t even be bothered. Don’t expect the world from this hotel but this feels pretty egregious, at least credit me or something.

We didn’t realize the place didn’t have an elevator. Overall it had what you need for a short stay.
