No heat. The beds was super hard. People knocking on the door at 4am. The staff was super rude and ignorant. Took me the whole day to get a disabled room.

My problem isHy website it says 18 and older and then when you get there, they try to say you have to be 21 and older then on top of that it don’t say private property on here but when you get there, they say it’s private property

Cons:

The manager was really disrespectful then then try to cuss me out. She didn’t know what to say at her mouth then she told me that I had to either receive my money back or get out so then when I asked for my money, she wouldn’t give it back.
