Great location, Front desk staff was great! Staff for the breakfast food were great too.
Pros:

When we asked the housekeeper for extra towels, She gave us a hard time. We had to go to the front desk to ask for them, which was totally inconvenient

Location was about only good thing about this stay

Cons:

Ac didnt work in room really was hot entire week in room, couldn't sleep cause was so hot. Back door did not work only one working elevator. I heard employee tell another customer that they know all the issues but they dont care cause they are still making money and he didnt care cause he gets pay check. Unfortunately its sad they do not care about the customers thats brining them the money and trusting them with their stay. I had never been to the area and I was trusting them and it was miserable.

Pros:

Very convenient location for the price, it was close to stores at walking distance and the shuttle to NYC.

Cons:

The room was clean and updated though there were signs of leaking on the ceiling and signs they tried to cover it, with chips of paint on the floor since it was peeling off. There was only one of two elevators working and the stairs were very confusing.

Good Stay overall
Pros:

Price, closer to NYC, Free parking, shuttle bus and daily room service

Cons:

The broken elevator and the unsafe, pedestrian-unfriendly route to the Super 8 shuttle pickup were disappointing.

Great family stay during busy time - exactly as expected. Thank you!
Pros:

Room was as just as described. Nice size, clean and bathroom was adequate.
All staff were friendly and welcoming.
Busy because of the World Cup Final but all worked very well.

The room look nice and clean but it need more space and soup and shampoo

Cons:

The lady in the front desk wend I check in on Monday evening and wend I left on Tuesday morning they need to stop looking racist and talk more nicer to Spanish people not only American and their own kind
