Amplasat aproape de principalele atractii ale Florentei, hotelul a fost primitor, camerele pareau noi/ recent renovate, o imbinare foarte draguta a culorilor folosite pentru decor si o mobila frumoasa . Holurile de la parter ale hotelului te fac sa te simti ca intr o casa adevarata dar de acum vreo 30-40 de ani😀 ceea ce este nostalgic.
Baia este utilata cu tot ce trebuie , iar produsele folosite sunt de buna calitate.
Personalul este foarte dragut si este de ajutor in orice situatie si iti da toate informatiile necesare.
Micul dejun este in restaurantul unde se poate lua si cina ( am mancat o seara si a fost formidabil) si are de toate si produse sarate si dulci, cafea foarte buna, ceai.
Parcarea este intr un garaj cu care hotelul are colaborare, iti iau si ti duc masina in fata hotelului.
Hotelul are si terasa pentru micul dejun si o curte interioara ( nu le am folosit , dar sunt foarte dragute), precum si un mic jacuzzi.
La micul dejun omleta era contracost, dar a fost ok.
Cei de la parcare au intervenit asupra masinii noastre fara sa ne anunte in prealabil( au alimentat bateria ). Parcarea este cu plata.
Apa am primit doar la sosire ( in afara minibarului care este aprovizionat cu de toate).
Nu cred ca s a aspirat in camera in timpul sejurului pentru ca niste firimituri din prima seara au ramas tot acolo pana la final😀 dar da intrau in fiecare zi in camera si schimbau prosoapele si asezau paturile) , deci nu am bagat in seama aspectul, per total totul fiind destul de curat.
Perfect location. Very central next to train station. Staff brilliant. Very attentive. Breakfasts lovely. Ideal setting.
Door card wouldn't work on arrival which was late took over 30 minutes to sort. We left early (6.30am) so missed breakfast the one that provided very poor considering what we had had for rest of stay. Very disappointed.

Didn’t like breakfast at all. That’s the only down fall at this hotel. For the amount of money you’re paying, hotel should invest in a much better breakfast buffet menu
Habitación fantástica. Muy bien ubicado para recorrer el centro de Florencia. La piscina-jacuzzi ha sido una delicia al volver cada día tras visitar la ciudad. Muy recomendable
El desayuno no estaba mal, pero un poco limitado y repetitivo.
Très bel accueil très agréable, toujours à l'écoute et aidante. Chambres incroyablement confortables avec une mention spéciale pour les salles de bains, les produits de soin et la douche ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence.

Stayed here with my two daughters and we loved it! Clean and homely, staff were all absolutely attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble! Was lovely to have the small pool/jacuzzi to jump in on hot afternoons, a lifesaver in fact! We were given extra towels for that each time we used it. Breakfast was lovely too. Beds made every day, all in all no complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The hotel is close to the train and bus station and a decent walk to most of the sites of Florence. We also enjoyed the his and her towels they use in the room.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel is at a nice location close to all the major attractions. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.
Some cons were the drain of the tub wasn’t working well so you wear constantly standing and showering in your own dirty water. The bathroom and the bedsheets could have been cleaner there were yellow stains on the sheets.
Hotel excelente. Quarto amplo e com bastante luz natural. Banheiro excelente. Quarto com sacada é um diferencial. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Boa qualidade de café da manhã. Localização muito boa a 5 minutos da estação de trens de Santa Maria Novella e a 10 minutos do Duomo.
O café da manhã poderia começar às 6h30.

two separate beds joined into one without a common mattress so that they were constantly moving apart during sexual activity
