Overall it was wonderful
Pros:

The room layout was really nice and the balcony/terrace was a gem! We loved it. The courtyard and bar were the best!

Cons:

The only drawback we had was when we were leaving early for a full day tour and we went in to grab a few pastries from the breakfast room (breakfast was included in the price of our stay) and my husband got yelled at by a woman who worked in there because he was grabbing a few pastries for us to go. He was yelled at in front of other people eating and had paper napkin ripped out of his hand. He was so mad he wanted to change hotels.

Flot hotel i en dejlig by med liv både indendørs og udendørs
Pros:

Central beliggenhed i Firenze med dejlige og venlige receptionister på alle tider af døgnet .
Gode og brede senge i et stort rum samt flotte badeværelser .
Værelset lå ud til gaden ,MEN virkeligt gode lydisolerede ruder .Udsigten var husene på den anden side af gaden
Dejlig morgenmad med mange ting at vælge imellem .
Spiste IKKE aftensmad på hotellet ,men ude i byen .

Cons:

Vi kunne lide det hele !!!!

C'ha fatto godere firenze per business senza sentire il peso del turismo brutto.
Pros:

La storia del palazzo e quanto l'ambiente portava eleganza senza tempo. Avevamo la sensazione di essere lontani da una sensazione turistica, un viaggio di lavoro veloce ma veramente perfetto.

Cons:

Vivendo tra Milano e New York con dei ricordi di Firenze quando ero ragazzina per il prezzo dello spa ero un po scioccata che dava un limite di un ora. Sopratutto per chi viaggia per lavoro. Tre ore sono lo standard nelle città dove in teoria costerebbe di più ma a Milano ironicamente spendo 45€ per tutto il giorno in pieno centro. Firenze non è Disneyland, e non credo che l'inflazione dia aumenti nei salari quindi non mi sembrava giustificabile.

Five stars is not enough....THE BEST
Pros:

every single topic comes up five stars. we landed here by luck as 4 very tired travelers and found the perfect spot for grandma, mom and 2 kids under 9. heavenly food, a small pool for the afternoon break, cocktail hour and a quiet courtyard for dinner. location - perfect. I just can say enough great about every single moment of our trip here. If you are in Florence and want a great hotel in a great location, this is it.

Pros:

la posizione, vicinissima alla stazione. La struttura con i suoi giardini, un'oasi di tranquillità dove ritirarsi alla fine di una giornata passata ad esplorare la città . Il personale gentile e disponibile. Animali ammessi, un plus per me che viaggio sempre col mio cagnolino.

Konum ve Kahvaltı Harika!
Pros:

Kahvaltı ve odanın konumu harikaydı.

Cons:

oda aşırı gürültülü alan bir yerde. Bunun yanı sıra klimayı kapatsam bile çok gürültülü bir şekilde kendisi otomatik devreye giriyordu ses hassasiyeti olanlar bunu dikkate alsın.

Nice hotel but valuables went missing
Pros:

This hotel is very picturesque. Unfortunately my watch and other valuables disappeared during my stay from my room. I reported it to the hotel and left my contact but there has been no follow up for the hotel..
