Construction (not the hotel’s fault)
When I checked in, I was told I was being moved to another room on the second floor when I got off the elevator the room smelt like dogs when I got into my room.My room smelt of dog urine, and the bathroom was extremely smelly the rooms next to me had dogs in em.Which barked most of the night.
And the refrigerator was not working properly
The location and the staff is very kind. Did send a cleaning lady in to clean the bathroom? But that didn't help another room was not offered.
