Schöne Poolanlage in ruhiger Umgebung.

Cons:

Zimmer waren sehr einfach gehalten, aber absolut in Ordnung.

Pros:

Fijne rustige locatie met grote tuin en zwembad. Prima ontbijt op gezellig terras. Hele nette kamers in beetje Venetiaanse stijl en vrij nieuwe badkamer waar alles goed werkt. Goede harde bedden ook.

Cons:

Kleine verbeterpuntjes wat betreft de schoonmaak van kleine hoekjes, zoals achter de wastafelkraan en de handdoekradiator. Ook tafeltjes bij het zwembad waren niet zo schoon en deels kapot.

Loved the pool and breakfast!
Pros:

We loved the breakfast, the back yard and beautiful pool. We found 3 out of the 4 receptionists extremely helpful. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and it only takes a few minutes to get to the center of town and the water bus.

Cons:

What could have been better was one of the receptionists refused to call a taxi for us because we requested the taxi arrive 5-10 min before 6am. He was rude and condescending. The evening receptionist, Massimo, was much more obliging and called the taxi and the taxi picked us up at 5:50am. Thank you Massimo.

The room was great, decorated in old Italian style and very cute. It was clean and comfortable. A very quiet location, pool area is nice but didn’t stay long enough to use it. We’d definitely return and spend longer here.

Cons:

Only that it wasn’t obvious that the water was charged for at 3€ for a 330 bottle. Most 4* hotels a bottle of still water is given per night but the price was very competitive so not really a big deal

Wunderschöne Lage zum Erholen
Pros:

Schöne ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Venedig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Besonders schön war die Einnahme des Frühstücks auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser. An der Rückseite des Gebäudes verläuft der große Garten mit Swimmingpool. Die Bushaltestelle zur Bootsstation befindet sich direkt gegenüber des Hotels. Ca. 10 Min. Busfahrt oder ca. 30 min. Fußweg.
