Pros:

Sehr ruhige Gegend, weit weg von den touristischen Pfaden. Schöne Venedig-Bilder im Treppenhaus.

Cons:

Papierbecher statt Gläser im Zimmer, alte verstaubte kitschige Ausstattung, Decke mit Löchern, Kühlschrank wie aus dem Müll gebracht.

Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Umgebung und der umliegenden Inseln.
Pros:

Umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet sehr appetitlich präsentiert. Wir haben das Frühstück jeden Tag auf der Terrasse draußen genossen mit wunderschönem Blick und direkter Lage zur Lagune. Alles ist sehr entspannt abgelaufen, es war nie hektisch und es herrschte eine äußerst angenehme Atmosphäre.
Das Hotel befindet sich in einer wunderbar ruhigen Lage und ist von der Schiffsanlagestelle S.M.E. zu Fuß in gut 20‘ erreichbar oder in 5’mit dem Bus, der alle 20‘ fährt und genau vor dem Hotel hält.
Wir waren auch mit dem liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer bzgl. Größe, Sauberkeit und Schlafqualität sehr zufrieden.
Das Hotelteam ist äußerst zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption hat man für Fragen immer einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner.

Lovely hotel. Good breakfast. Nice room.
Pros:

Location was perfect. The bus from Lido SME did not take long at all. Breakfast was lovely and the room was beautiful.

Cons:

There were insects in the room. I think they were coming through the air vents. Also the pool had a robot cleaner in it a lot of the time which was not moving and was just in the way and not cleaning.

Don’t stay here! Rooms smell & I was double charged, with no refund 2 months later, then stopped returning my emails

Cons:

They double charge me for my room & with all the emails, still have not refunded me! The room stunk of dust & it was pretty far away from the main town. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, it’s old, not maintained & the response to emails is poor!
