Roupas de cama e amenities muito bons , café da manhã

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno , a localização não é muito boa porque precisa andar muito para chegar nos lugares , falta de gentileza dos funcionários . Tive 2 situações que me aborreceram muito . Uma que eu já havia mandado e-mail comunicando que eu precisava de um freezer para armazenar o gelo que eu transporto as insulinas da minha filha e isso é imprescindível . Eles responderam gentilmente que eu não teria “problema nenhum “com isso, mas quando eu cheguei no hotel , o funcionário que me atendeu não queria armazenar o gelo no Freezer do hotel . Tive que me estressar assim que chegamos , fiquei muito brava , porque isso é imprescindível para o transporte das insulinas , estarem em temperatura adequada . Eu preciso do gelo !!! Por fim ele armazenou , mas com pouca vontade .
E segundo , eu fechei a reserva com café da manhã incluso , no primeiro dia , eu já havia tomado o café da manhã e subi para me trocar , quando eu desci para sair para passear com minha filha , entrei no restaurante para pegar uma xícara de café e vieram me chamar a atenção que se eu fosse tomar o café , eu teria que pagar .
Isso é , no mínimo , anfipático .
Péssimos !!!

Beautiful hotel. Stunning interiors. Great location. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The hotel was stunning! From the entry foyer to the dining room, outside eating area and then rooms - the interior decoration was beautiful. Location is also great, close to train station yet in a quiet area with great eating options, and away from the hustle of San Marco. Highly recommend it here.

Дуже гарний отель на самому початку старого міста Венеції. Знаходиться в 2 хвилинах ходьби від зупинки автобусів і таксі.

O quarto limpo, amplo e muito bom no geral.
Café da manhã espetacularrrrr.
Recebi um upgrade como cortesia do time do hotel e isso foi muito bom também.

Cons:

Apesar de ter recebido a suíte que fiquei como uma cortesia, é necessário relatar alguns pontos. No primeiro dia identifiquei um vazamento no banheiro, uma alavanca quebrada do chuveiro e o assento sanitário que era diferente do vaso e ficava sambando enquanto você estava sentado. Diante disso solicitei que arrumassem. Consertaram o vazamento, mas não consertaram o assento e a alavanca do chuveiro, o que impossibilitava de trocar do chuveiro principal para a ducha.

Наш венецианский отель прекрасен.
Pros:

Замечательный, уютный отель с аутентичным дизайном. Расположение отличное - есть свой парк и недалеко от крытого паркинга. Очень хороший сервис. Вкусный завтрак и замечательный ресторан на ужин. Удобные кровати и подушки. Обалденный вид на канал и город. Все понравилось и хочется вернуться.

Exceptional service and a fantastic location for visiting Venice
Pros:

Perfect location and exceptional service - from check in by Stefano with many recommendations, to assistance along the way from Lara, all the staff at the Papadopoli provided excellent service throughout our stay. We did not dine at the property, but the area for dining was well attended and looked like a lovely spot to start the day. Fantastic showers, something that was lacking in many of our stops in Europe.

Cons:

Rooms were quite small, but it was clear that the hotel was designed for travelers to have a place to put everything.
