Pros:

Staff were lovely and accommodating with storing our luggage and having umbrellas to use.
Location was close to station and main area.
Big size room which was comfortable.

Cons:

For the amount of money we paid was happy.

清潔感には問題あり
Pros:

部屋は広々としていてベッドも大きくゆったりと過ごせました。
いわゆるラブホテルですが、チェックイン時間前に到着した際は荷物を預かってもらえたのは助かりました。

Cons:

ソファーがあったのですが、見た目でもわかるくらいのシミがありそのまま座るのに躊躇しました。
浴室の排水が悪く、浴槽に張ったお湯を抜いた時に床にお湯があふれてきてしまい、排水の臭いが浴室にこもってしまった点は気になりました。

Pros:

Apesar de ficar no centro de Kabukicho, a zona é bem tranquila, perto da estação, tem uma lavanderia bem próxima ao hotel, e o serviço da recepção também foi boa! Apesar de ser um estilo mais retrô, o quarto e o banheiro é bem grande e confortável para quem quer mais espaço.

Budget hotel that was centrally located in shinjuku.
Pros:

The location was great. It was in the heart of Shinjuku. It was also by an airport. It was a pretty large room and had fridge and a working AC

Cons:

The hotel is outdated and needed a physical key. They also didn’t allow any visitors. The bathroom ceiling had black mold.
