Great Price, but be prepared to get what you pay for
Pros:

Amazing location - super close to the clubs and nearby activities. The staff members were kind and it’s a larger space and cheaper than pretty much any of the other hotels nearby. The amenities like coffee, teas, soaps and sponges were awesome. The shower area was huge and it had a large tub with jets. They held our luggage for us while we were out, which was really great.

Cons:

Not really a bad thing unless you have kids, but it’s definitely located in the center of the red light district and it’s a bit hard to find. It’s a fully smoking-allowed hotel, so it does smell like smoke but honestly I didn’t think it was that bad. There is a lack of outlets. There was a single outlet in the living room for the TV and one in the bathroom, but the bedroom didn’t have any, which kind of sucked since we couldn’t charge everything that we needed to at one time. Not ADA friendly - there is an elevator, but there’s a narrow entry way and you are required to go up stairs to enter the building. It also didn’t seem like the room was very clean.

Muy Práctico y económico para Tokyo
Pros:

Las habitaciones son bastante amplias por lo que es muy cómodo. Además la ubicación es muy buena.
Tienen paraguas que te deja usar libremente para cuando hay lluvia

Cons:

Instalaciones antiguas y algo de olor a humedad.

掃除が行き届いていて
スタッフの方の対応もとても良かった。

Cons:

トイレが古いのか、流れなくなることがあり困りました。
また、無料で有難いのですが駐車場は入り口が狭く
地下になるので大きめの車だと運転技術が必要になるかも。
