Very recently remodeled room, hallway carpet

Cons:

Modern art pictures in room 528. Just blobs of black and grey paint x 2 large paintings. The colors of the carpet is great- blue and tan. The paintings were so ugly and not a match.

eautiful, clean hotel, but the lack of A/C made for a miserable stay
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel, and my rating reflects the fact that the A/C throughout the entire property was out during my stay. The two nights I spent there were absolutely miserable due to the heat. The hotel did provide a fan for the room, which at least helped circulate the air, but it wasn’t enough to make the room comfortable.

Given the circumstances, I honestly feel the hotel could have offered some form of compensation or adjustment. That said, aside from the A/C issue, I have no complaints. The property and rooms are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I would consider staying here again if the A/C issue were resolved.

We enjoyed the atrium design, large suites and proximity to I-5.
Pros:

Large two room suite with appropriate furniture was so nice!

Cons:

Breakfast buffet line was too crowded and poorly organized. Staff could not keep the food & drinks available.

Bright, spacious, guest rooms and open spaces. Enjoyed convenience of a suite room. Nostalgic feel.
Pros:

Spacious, able to book adjoining rooms with friends. Appreciate a clean, comfortable hotel with included breakfast, gym, and pool.

Cons:

Long line up for hot food (omelette station) at breakfast. Maybe a designated person to focus on handling orders and notification buzzers. (Friends said the restaurant ran out of chicken at dinnertime.)
