Awesome value
Pros:

Great location and price, walking distance to many venues. Helpful staff. All amenities in good working order, cold a/c in the rooms, kitchenette, satellite TV works great. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows.

Cons:

Being refurbished, good for future though.

Terrible experience
Cons:

Everything as soon as we got there the hotel smells old the pool was dirty we had just 2 towels and no toilet paper. We had to go downstairs and ask for extra towels and some toilet paper and they refused to give us more we had to exchange them and wait till they dried them. Booking also offered a free extra bed or crib, and when we got there it said that wasn't an option there.

Won’t be doing that again. Don’t be cheap next time
Pros:

Super dirty. Only had one real bath towel rest was floor towels and everything was dirty and sticky. They didn’t clean out the fridge from someone leftover tacos so it smelt awful

Cons:

How dirty it was and that everything was just completely torn apart

Definitely overpriced. Would not recommend.
Cons:

Mold on the bed sheets, mold around faucets and outlets
Hot tub did not work
Ice machine was gross!
Elevator made horrible, scary noises.
One staff member, Michael, was kind and helpful. The others never even looked up from their phones to give short, rude responses.

room was clean, staff was friendly and location is good.

Cons:

facilities were lacking, there was a bad smell on the property (not the room) and elevators were not reliable. took the staris but they also had a bad smell.

No recomendado, si te arriesgas lleva tu cobija, aromatizante, Hotspot y no andes descalzo.
Pros:

1. El hotel esta cerca de la entrada de la Isla asi que es facil llegar ahi y poder ir a otras partes
2. La vista del balcon era bonita

Cuarto en mal estado:
1. Las sabanas para las almohadas ni siquiera cubrian la almohada completa
2. La cocineta no calentaba
3. La plancha estaba sucia y manchaba la ropa
4. El sillon se estaba desarmando solo
5. El internet inservible, tuve que usar mi Hotspot
6. Habia daños en la entrada y la bañera que estaban mal reparados
7. El aire acondicionado estaba sostenido por un trozo de madera
8. El balcon estaba sucio y lleno de agua. El agua que estaba estancada era del aire acondicionado ya que no tiene un desagüe bien puesto.
9. La puerta del balcon ni siquiera tenia manija para abrirla o cerrarla, era muy dificil de manejarla y se atoraba
10. El piso estaba extremadamente pegajoso, hasta tienen un anuncio de que eso es algo comun y que tiene que tener cuidado
11. Solo dan una sabana delgada para taparse.
12. Las sabanas estaban manchadas.
13. El cuarto tenia un muy mal olor.
14. Las paredes son casi de papel, escuchas todo lo que hace o dice el cuarto de al lado.

Instalaciones:
1. Los pasillos tenian mal olor y apesar de tener mini splits, los tienen apagados y hacia calor al recorrer todo el hotel.
2. En el pasillo habia un fuerte olor a marihuana
