Turpur and Andrew at the front desk are Useless and lack proper CSR skills. I can tell that preferential treatment is being given to some guests. Since I booked via Expedia, I have been waiting for my room for over 3 hours. Meanwhile, others who have checked in After me, were handed keys, immediately.
It's because of people like Andrew and Turpur that I avoid Marriott properties, even though I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Member. Upon checking in, I asked Turpur for a top floor room away from elevators. Hours later, when inquiring about the status of my room, Andrew informed that the room I was assigned to is actually on the bottom floor, right next to an elevator.
Currently, I'm still sitting on the Lobby watching as people arriving After Me...are getting keys. Turpur was so dishonest that she didn't inform that my room preferences couldn't be accommodated. At this point, I'm scared to enter the room, once my keys are finally provided.
Everything was easily accessible. People were nice. And room was perfection.

I arrived Tuesday May 19th. I booked three nights at the Marriott Fairway. It was a group of people blocking the front desk. I waited patiently while Nupur an employee of Bonvoy chatted with them. After about 5 mins I said to Nupur I would like to check in please. She responded, “I’m helping them at the moment”.
The group said they were done checking in and Nupur should help me. I felt I wasn’t a priority like this group before me. Nupur didn’t ask if it’s my first time at the property or anything about my status. I offered that I was a platinum Bonvoy Member. She handed me a map after calling over a person to help check me into a room in the back by the gym. That room wasn’t available and Nupur booked me at the original room. This is I what I was told by the person she called over.
Honestly, Bonvoy customer service has fallen off. I wasn’t treated as a Life Time Platinum member. No one called to see how my stay was going or if I needed anything. The property is nicely maintained. Especially if you enjoy playing golf. However, I like to stay at properties that make me feel valued. I doubt I will return.
The property itself is clean and nice!
Customer service was horrible! They checked us in 45 mins late… when asking for accommodations, a female at the front desk refused to give us an extra hour of stay! Smh
All planned activities and the kids live the arcade.
My family enjoyed everything.
