The hotel was better than I expected — top-notch standards, super friendly staff, superb breakfast and it’s connected to a mall so grabbing food or essentials is easy.
The breakfast was delicious.
I was shocked when a housekeeping staff member entered my room without permission before the 10:00 a.m. checkout time, saying they wanted to clean. This was completely unacceptable. Terrible experience.

No plastic on the bin
Old and didn’t mantain well. Worst thing is towels are old and didn’t give enough. When being requested never sent.
Old and too crowded
The room was very big, bigger than I expected, clean and calm.
Breakfast with a big choice of everything.
The location was perfect for my tasks. Direct access to a huge mall with hundreds of restaurants and shops.
Only 3 elevators for such a big hotel are not enough, I think.
