Pros:

Location is ideal if you are attending an ADB meeting. As the hotel is located in the mall, you have options for food & shopping. Staff are very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

They need to refurbish their rooms with better flooring, lighting, etc. Additionally, the breakfast area is too congested during peak hours.

Check in time was later than stated, some areas in the hotel had small flies and sofas in common areas were itchy.

A convenient, comfortable option both for business and vacation
Pros:

My room was big, bed excellent and bathroom clean.
Location is really convenient right beside the big shopping mall. Price reasonable too.
Staff tends to be a bit more attentive than usual.

Cons:

Facility starts to look a bit dated.
Bathroom is nice and clean but other areas inside and, especially outside the room are not always superclean

Would stay again, great location next to mall & clean rooms
Pros:

Always love staying here. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Close to mall - convenient. Easy pick up for transport. Staff are always so helpful.

Cons:

Lifts are a little slow!

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I was shocked when a housekeeping staff member entered my room without permission before the 10:00 a.m. checkout time, saying they wanted to clean. This was completely unacceptable. Terrible experience.
