Highly recommended.
Pros:

The room was very big, bigger than I expected, clean and calm.
Breakfast with a big choice of everything.
The location was perfect for my tasks. Direct access to a huge mall with hundreds of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Only 3 elevators for such a big hotel are not enough, I think.

Best hotel
Pros:

I’ve stayed here many times, almost weekly, with friends and family during the month of May. I highly recommend this hotel because of its excellent service and great facilities, from the rooms to the amenities, especially the swimming pool.
I would also like to commend the front office team, especially Duty Manager Mara and Clair at the front desk, who checked me in. The Summit Lounge team was also very nice and accommodating Justin, Aya, RJ, and Tine.
We will definitely be coming back here for sure.

A True Home Away from Home with Exceptional Staff!
Pros:

Holiday Inn Galleria always feels like a home away from home! The staff here are absolutely amazing—so warm, super accommodating, and incredibly observant. Case in point: I was handling heavy bags when one of the staff, Mr. Oman, came with the ice I requested and, without me saying anything, he immediately helped me with the bags. That level of attentiveness is so rare and genuinely impressed me! He was also incredibly quick and helpful when I asked to connect my laptop and devices to the hotel internet!

I love everything about this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

I stayed here on May 22-24. I am very thankful for the warm welcome I received from Rizza (during check-in), Cris, Arjay, Justin and most especially Ann (Club Lounge). Ann always checked in with us asking us if we need anything else, which made the stay at Lounge very seemless.
