Cons:

We activated two room keys and went up to our room. After leaving our luggage and smartphones inside, we went out for a walk with our dog.

When we returned, one of the key cards did not work. At that moment, we could not find the second key card, which made the situation very stressful. There was no staff available on-site, and since our smartphones were locked inside the room, we had no way to contact anyone for assistance.

What should have been a simple walk with our dog turned into a very stressful experience due to the lack of immediate support and the malfunctioning key card.

The refrigerator and the small freezer were very dirty.

Die Lage ist praktisch.

Cons:

Der Self checkin hat nicht funktioniert, das Personal war absolut keine Hilfe. Augenscheinlich war es ordentlich, aber die dicke Staubschicht auf den Lampen, die fremden verschiedenen Haare im Bad und der Silberfisch, der übers Waschbecken gerannt ist waren für den Preis nicht ok.

Die Lage ist excellent. Sehr nahe an der S-Bahn Station. Das Zimmer ist generell gut ausgestattet, aber...

Cons:

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Da Wochenende war, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt.
Die Doppelbetten sind zu klein, zu soft und wirken umstabil..
Die Kochgelegenheit ist gut, aber ohne Dunstabzugsanlage riecht das Zimmer doch sehr stark

Para la cafetera podrian dejar unas capsulas de cafe, en el lodge del hotel había cafe grátis, pero era sin limpiar, sin rellenar cafe o leche. No se si era por el motivo de festivo el día 25/05, pero se quedo toda la vajilla sucia desde domingo.

Top Lage, top Parkplätze und sehr schnelle Kontaktaufnahme über Mail. Wir waren mit der Unterstützung und Flexibilität des Teams sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Der kleine Markt im Lobby genauso wie die Kaffeemaschine sind eine echte Ergänzung.

Cons:

Bei meinem ersten Besuch war der Kühlschrank schmutzig, mit einer geöffneten Wasserflasche. Dies konnte ich nicht rechtzeitig melden, hat aber mein Besuch insgesamt überschattet. Beim 2. Besuch war alles top.

Schönes Zimmer und Bad, gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Ansprechperson nur über Telefon erreichbar; kein Ansprechpartner im Haus! Computer zum einchecken kaputt! Die telefonische Hilfe war dann aber sehr nett und hilfreich

Die Lage ist perfekt, Lobby ansprechend und auch gut sortiert

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war nicht sauber, es gab sogar eine geöffnete Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank, die ich selbst entsorgen musste. Leider bin ich dadurch trotz alle anderen Vorteilen hier nicht zufrieden.
