JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS DU TOUT. A fuir !!!!!

La localisation, les commerces et les cafés aux alentours

Cons:

Le personnel est assez désagréable et ne se soucie pas du tout de ses clients. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt et avons demandé de procéder au check in après un voyage de plus de 10h en voiture. La réponse était froide et négative malgré la disponibilité des 3 chambres que nous avons réservées.
Un groupe de plus de 10 personnes est arrivé peu de temps après nous. Eux avaient pu intégrer leur chambre.
Je trouve cela TOTALEMENT INACCEPTABLE

Besser geht es nicht!
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet sowie voll ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts! In der Lobby konnte man sich jederzeit kostenlosen Kaffee, Cappuccino, heiße Schokolade und Tee holen. Die Lage ist super. Bus vor der Tür und verschiedene Bahnstationen in der Nähe sowie Bäckereien und Lebensmittelläden.

Cons:

Nichts, denn die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt.

Pros:

Alles sehr sauber, Küchenzeile mit allem was man benötigt, Kapselkaffee-Maschine mit Kapseln, Zucker, Wasserkocher, verschiedene Tees, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Schalfsofa fertig bezogen, Bettwäsche hierfür im Schrank, einfach alles top!
Die Lage ist gut, da man mit dem Bus von hier überall hinkommt, Kurfürstendamm fußläufig.

Cons:

Den Parkplatz kann man nicht online dazubuchen und beim Anruf kam die Aussage" wir haben nur 7 Stellplätze und die sind schon alle gebucht". Hinzukommt, das die Einfahrt in der Höhe, Breite und Tiefe beschränkt ist, da es mit einem Aufzug in die Tiefe geht, ergo direkt bei der Buchung reservieren/nachfragen.

Die Parkplatzsituation. Hoteleigene Parkplätze waren ausgebucht. Angegebenes öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe war gesperrt. Nächstes Parkhaus, welches wir dann nehmen mussten 3 Busstationen entfernt

I broke a glass and they never managed to get it cleaned 😂

New feel to the place, good space in the room,comfortable pillows and bed

Cons:

Several receptionists were new and unable to do work well. Cleaning can be oredered but only working hours so if something happens you need to be days without cleaning.

מלון מאוד נקי, חדיש ומעוצב. המיטות נוחות, יש מטבח נגיש מאובזר מאוד והמזגן עובד טוב. הצוות היה מאוד אדיב ונענה לכל בקשה שלנו ומאוד עזר וסייע.

המיקום היה פחות טוב ומאוד רחוק מאלכסנדרפלאץ אבל יחסית קרוב לקודאם ולמסעדות הכשרות. אנחנו היינו צריכים לעשות הרבה נסיעות
