La vue depuis l’appartement était magnifique, l’immeuble était dans une rue très calme et à l’écart du bruit tout en étant proche de toute les zones patong qui rataient à 5mn à pied.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais pas très varié. L’établissement pourrait mettre plus de fruits et varier les plats du petit déjeuner. Mais le buffet petit déjeuner était très très bon et complet et pour tout les goûts.

אישית מאוד מאוד אוהב את המלון וממליץ עליו בחום.
לפעמים קצת מאתגר לכוון את המים החמים במקלחת, אבל זו בעיה די נפוצה כאן במלונות בתאילנד לכן לא נפגע הציון הסופי.

Great location, breakfast was excellent, super deluxe room was very big with great ocean views ( exert on 15th floor), lifts were good , lovely warm pool with adjacent pool with swim up bar very cool, good staff very friendly.
Nothing it was great. It was an expensive time as it was Chinese New Year but that was not the hotels fault. There were a few little issues with the room but they fixed each one promptly.
I will never stay at this hotel again as they ruined my New Years Eve and what was meant to be a dream holiday. Firstly on arriving we were asked for 2900baht each to use the lounge bar on floor 19 to see the New Year in, when I had emailed previously (3 months prior) asking did we need to book a table and was there a cost to be told no it will be first come first served and there would be no cost. This was the whole reason for booking this hotel to watch the fireworks going over Patong beach at 12am.
Then we were taken to our room which wasn't anywhere near 4 star, it was dirty and very dusty (as per attached photos), the fridge was a yellow colour (as in old as per the attached photo) and the dressing table and shelves had a lot of wear and tear looking very scruffy. I then went to ask for an ironing board and iron and when delivered the ironing board had burn marks all over it and the iron was all burnt on the plate (not good for white clothing). I then had a shower, and the drain was all blocked and the water was running out of the cubicle into the main bedroom area (As per attached video).
Opposite our room were other apartments and a restaurant and unless you closed the curtains (which I was told we had to do) everyone could see into your room. I’m sorry but you don’t go on holiday to sit with the curtains closed at all times.
The towels for the beach that they provide had all bleach stains on them (as per attached photo).
I asked multiple times to speak with a manager to be told New Years eve there wasn't one, again on New Years Day there wasn't one working and again after. The lady myself and my partner spoke to on the reception was extremely rude and not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel team (I believe she was a manager but didn't want to deal with issues), this lady was not just rude to us, other residents had issues with her too and she had upset various people.
The breakfast really wasn't up to a good standard (definitely not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel), and not much choice which meant we went out elsewhere to eat after paying for this within our overall cost.
We walked out to the pool area and the section for the children really needs re-painting and tidying up, along with the floor up near the infinity pool needing a good jet wash.
There was also plates of food left in the corridor from afternoon through the night till the next day (photo attached)
The hotel was excellent. Staff was friendly. Excellent location of the property. I will stay there whenever I am in Phuket.

The location. A walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon. A short walk to the beach.
Staff are helpful, friendly and linguistically diverse.
Food is always good and the room service is cheap if you want to purchase the local food.
Can be thru traffic and the surrounding restaurants have live bands. Not everyone should front a band.
Great stay! Great pool area and breakfast always seemed quiet? Good value for money would stay again!
