Location is close to Disney theme parks
The facilities seem a bit rundown.
The hotel common areas are in need of repainting as well as the common area access ways to and from the rooms the floors are always damp and wet, and the carpet in the room seemed very dirty.
Also, we had a suite, and in both bathrooms within the suite, the water took very long to drain out of the tubs. In fact, a simple, seven minute shower resulted in the water, pooling all the way up to our shin before draining out and thereafter took about one hour to drain out.
Also the breakfast options were the same almost every day for an entire 7 night stay.

Muy malo el servicio de traslado a los parques de Orlando. Horarios nada convenientes. Te recoge una hora después que cerró el parque y luego lleva a pasajeros de varios hoteles, por lo que demorarás hora y tanto más. Había cucarachas en el pasillo fuera de la habitación cada vez que volvíamos.
Three cockroaches were found in the hotel room on the first day, which the hotel staff removed in the evening. On the second day, three more live cockroaches appeared in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen, leading us to leave them behind as a souvenir because we fled the premises. The air conditioning unit was covered in large clumps of dust. Although we filed a complaint at the reception and they guaranteed a refund, we received NOTHING. They have not responded to Booking.com, nor to direct emails sent to the hotel and the assistant manager as they themselves had instructed. This is a very serious behavior following a severe lack of hygiene at the property, and they have been reported to the federal authorities of Florida. I have everything backed up with photos.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is 20 minutes from Disney as well as Universal. There were many places to eat within walking distance.
The first night the pool and hot tub were dirty. But next day they had cleaned them. The bar was unable to serve french fries with the chicken tenders because they were out and not replaced. Our last day there a man walked into our room completely unannounced and walked in on 3 teenage girls changing out of their swimsuit. He was hotel staff. He did not knock or announce himself...when I said something to him he stood there for a minute before leaving. It was at 1015 and checkout wasn't until 11am. We did complain to the front desk and I hope its dealt with appropriately

A limpeza poderia ser melhor nos quartos!
Gostamos muito da localização, da limpeza e da disposição e distribuição do apartamento. As camas eram macias e cheirosas. O apartamento fica em um único nível e não precisamos subir escadas para acessar os quartos. O sofá é grande. A cozinha é ótima. Outro ponto positivo é que não tem carpete e o banheiro tem box. Meus filhos e marido gostaram muito do apartamento.
Não conseguimos usar o fogão porque apenas depois de alguns dias fomos entender como funcionam os fogões americanos. Sugiro deixarem instruções em português para os hóspedes. A trava interna da porta precisa ser concertada porque está quase quebrando.

En general el alojamiento está bien pero necesita una renovación y el desayuno una mejora. Las habitaciones tienen moqueta y al entrar en ella olía raro, está todo un poco viejo, aunque las camas son cómodas.
El desayuno está bien para gente local, pero para los que vamos de otros países no. No tienen leche caliente ni la puedes calentar. Tampoco leches vegetales. No embutido de ningún tipo y nada de fruta excepto plátanos. En general las instalaciones necesitan una mejora y renovación
