Nothing, never ended up staying it was so bad

Cons:

This place was not inviting from check-in but I tried to give them the benefit, as it had decent reviews for its cheap price. So I went to check the room (which I always do for bed bugs, cleanliness ect.) The room looked okay on first glance, but i found a pillow case covered in make up that didn't look as though it had been changed. When checking for bugs I saw dirt all over this same beds bed sheets. I walked into the bathroom and there was no shower curtain (a tub/shower combo). Then I walked back into the room and there was dust/dirt all over the floor by the window. I decided to go ask for another room. I got in the car and drove back to the check-in. My mom and two kids (3yrs and 8mon) were in the car waiting. The man I assume is the manager then yelled at me for 5 mins straight for trying to turn the car around at the entrance (though I'm positive I could do the turn and another employee told him that I had it, he berated me until so long and refused to let me turn in so I had to turn back around and go into the main road, down it and turn around just to get back to the lot. At which point, I went into the office and told them I wanted a refund, all of the issues I found and the man (who I assume was the owners son) told me that I would get a refund from the website I booked with. I have not gotten that refund! I am all for small business but I 100% do not recommend this place!

A charming, spotless hotel just steps from the beach with an unbeatable location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Breeze Inn and will definitely be back.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and its location is hard to beat. The beach is just steps away, simply cross the main road using the pedestrian traffic light, and you're there. While the hotel is not directly on the sand, it feels incredibly close and offers easy, safe access to a beautiful, well-maintained beach.

The pool is quite small, but we found it charming and cozy. It's perfect for couples looking for a relaxing atmosphere or for families with very young children.

One of our favorite features was the nearby pier. It was wonderful to walk out and enjoy the peaceful coastal views, watch people fishing, and even see pelicans diving into the water to catch their own dinner.

Another great bonus is that the hotel is right next to Salt Life Food Shack a rooftop bar and restaurant where you can enjoy food, drinks, ocean breezes, and beautiful evenings without having to drive anywhere.

The beach area also has very clean public restrooms, which was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, this hotel offers an unbeatable location, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent cleanliness. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

The doors locked.

Cons:

The staff was very uninterested in our comfort. After confirming that there would be a first floor room for my disabled father, they placed us on the second floor. They offered us a single bed on the first floor. Obviously he didn't want to share a bed with his daughter. Got all our stuff upstairs and there were hairs in the bathroom. The sheets and pillowcases were pilled and scratchy. Impossible to contact the front desk. Good location, but genuinely would rather pay $200 more for someone to care if I'm having a good stay.
