I could wash my clothes for free before I came home. The breakfast was good!

Ok stay, not worth the nightly stay … but safe area
Pros:

Good location near many malls and restaurants, decent breakfast that the kids liked

Cons:

Room too small and too old fashion for the cost of night per room that would seems like a luxury hotel, felt like a regular extended stay hotel… Not the same experience like the one in Beaumont Texas, which is the one that lead me to book this one

Good location.

Cons:

Loud A/C unit in bedroom, eggs at breakfast was gross with weird taste, the shower head was coming out of the wall, bed was hard as a rock, and everytime we came through a staff member was making personal phone calls while at front desk. Very out dated as well, just not a good overall stay beside the location.

The damn Pet Fee I had to pay after booking there the last 7 years and never had to pay til now !!!!!
You pay when your pet tears something up or something that causes problems , not punish kind hearted people that have a pet for companionship while traveling.......absolutely 100% wrong in doing so.
Neither myself , adult kids , father and family members will NEVER , I REPEAT NEVER recommend or waste my hard earned money on your POS establishment.

The stay was womderful very comfortable the lady at the front desk made us feel very welcome and answered every question

The place is nice but is in needs Bathroom had crumbling walls at base board

Breakfast wasn’t available until 730 on Saturday and she was still putting stuff out and wouldn’t let anyone in
I suggest earlier weekend start. 7:30 is late

As stated above. I would also suggest bigger trash containers in rooms. Full size kitchen and small trash can, That didn’t get picked up on day 2

Pros:

The location was great. There were multiple nearby restaurants where I could get safe food for me. I have celiac disease, so sometimes travel is a food desert.

Cons:

Breakfast choices were sparse. I have celiac disease, so it is difficult for me to get a safe, non cross-contaminated protein at a hotel breakfast buffet. The boiled eggs worked, but your competitors also have packaged yogurt and milk.
