A peaceful and elegant stay with wonderful staff, beautiful views, and exceptional service.
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay. The service was excellent, and every member of staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and kind. The location was perfect for us: peaceful and away from the noise of the city centre, while still being convenient. We stayed in the Belvedere Suite and absolutely loved it, especially the beautiful view. We would definitely return.

Excellent hotel in a great location away from the crowds.
Pros:

The location is excellent if you want a quiet residential area with short walks to local cafes, restaurants, etc. Easy access to transit to get around. The breakfast is great with a lot of variety and great way to start the day on the back patio.

Cons:

The gym / health club had very limited hours and was closed for early morning workouts. Only reason rating is not a 10.

La struttura è bella accogliente e pulita, in posizione eccezionale

Cons:

Sono stato nella stessa struttura il giovedì e sono stato molto bene, la camera era spaziosa pulita e molto precisa, la domenica sono tornato e mi è stata data una camera mansardata dove non arriva l’aria condizionata, strano per Praga ma era un caldo infernale, non mi è stata data alternativa. Alle 2 di notte ho lasciato l’hotel e sono dovuto partire. Pessima esperienza. Consiglio l’hotel non è male ma se dovete prenotare le camere non prendete le basiche ma solo le superior , quindi il prezzo non è così a buon mercato

Unfortunately, this booking was a NO SHOW due to emergency back home.
Pros:

Everything is perfect. Customer service, food, location. Unfortunately, I was a no show for this trip due to an emergency back. I have been returning customer at this hotel over 15 years. My go to place when in Prague.

Hotel 10/10. Někteří hosté by si ale příště měli přibalit kartáček a základy slušného chování
Pros:

Už dlouho jsem nenarazila na hotel, který by si zachoval všechny přednosti tradičního hotelnictví. Má příjemnou atmosféru starých dobrých hotelů, kde je důraz na pořádek, profesionalitu, detaily a skutečný servis. Přitom ale rozhodně nepůsobí zastarale, naopak je vidět, že hotel drží krok s dobou a funguje podle moderních standardů.

Byla jsem zde už podruhé a za poslední dva roky jsem nezaznamenala žádný pokles kvality. Naopak mám pocit, že si hotel svůj standard dlouhodobě a velmi pečlivě udržuje.

Je vidět, že se zde dbá i na detaily. Personál nosí reprezentativní uniformy, ložní prádlo i ručníky jsou kvalitní, při snídaních nechybí látkové ubrusy ani textilní ubrousky a celý hotel působí čistě, upraveně a kultivovaně. Hotelová kosmetika je sice spíše základní, ale kvalitní. Osobně bych jen uvítala doplnění o šampon a tělové mléko.

Velkou pochvalu si zaslouží personál. Je ochotný, profesionální a přirozeně zdvořilý ale né vtíravý. Je vidět, že zaměstnance jejich práce baví a že vedení hotelu odvádí opravdu dobrou práci.

Snídaně byly výborné. Nadstandardní výběr, kvalitní suroviny a průběžně doplňovaný bufet. Oceňuji také používání porcelánového nádobí, krásných příborů skleněných lahví na džusy a celkově kultivované prostředí, které dnes už není samozřejmostí.

Původně jsme preferovaly oddělená lůžka, nakonec jsme ale dostaly jednu společnou postel. Byla natolik prostorná, že nám to s rodinným příslušníkem vůbec nevadilo.

Celkově hotel hodnotím maximálním počtem bodů. Při další návštěvě Prahy bych se sem bez váhání vrátila a s klidným svědomím bych ho doporučila své rodině i přátelům.

Cons:

Hosté. To je bohužel jediná věc, kterou hotel nijak neovlivní. Během snídaní jsem byla několikrát svědkem toho, že se někteří hosté ke členům personálu nechovali ani s tou nejzákladnější slušností. Slova jako „prosím“ nebo „děkuji“ pro ně zřejmě neexistují a personálu často neuhnou z cesty ani ve chvíli, kdy nese těžké tácy s použitým nádobím nebo doplňuje bufet.

Celkový dojem pak umocnilo i to, že tito hosté nerespektovali ani základní pravidla etikety, jako je vhodné oblečení ve společných prostorách nebo běžná osobní hygiena. Při společném stolování to bohužel není zrovna příjemné.

Mrzelo mě také množství jídla, které se zbytečně vyhazovalo. Někteří hosté si nabrali velké porce od všeho, co bylo k dispozici, a značnou část pak nechali na talíři.

Je mi líto, že podobné chování některých hostů dokáže ovlivnit celkový zážitek z jinak výborného hotelu. Rozhodně to ale nepovažuji za chybu hotelu. Naopak bych chtěla vyzdvihnout personál, který i přes podobné situace zůstával po celou dobu milý, profesionální a ochotný. Hotel proto hodnotím maximálním počtem bodů.
