E' pulito , ma non è un 5 stelle. Un 4 ..appena.

Il primo giorno abbiamo fatto colazione in giardino , è stato meraviglioso , degno di un 5 stelle . Mentre il giorno successivo per maltempo il giardino era chiuso e l'ambiente interno era davvero piccolo. Gli spazi della reception sono ben curati , il quartiere pulito e sicuro .

Cons:

Di fatto è un 4 stelle. Ho prenotato la navetta, hanno chaimato un taxi scassato , pagato piu' di un normale uber, che voleva essere pagato in contanti , che non avevo , motivo per cui avevo chiesto all'hotel. Avevo chiesto una camera con due letti , mi è stata data con uno e dopo avermela cambaita, me ne hanno data una con un letto , che è poi stato diviso il giorno successivo. la camera che ho prenotato su booking era di 22 mq , quella che mi è stata data molto piu' piccola. Un 5 stelle che ti fa pagare 2 euro il dental kit, non esiste...qui si .

Relaxing, comfortable, exquisite
Pros:

It was gorgeous and our favourite part was the book corner with comfy chairs, always ended our evenings there.
It was right next to a tram line which is very convenient.
The breakfast was beautiful and had such a choice of healthy food to start your day.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Beautiful building, but the rooms in the 4. floor far below five-star standards.
Pros:

The location was good, the hotel was generally very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The building itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this was probably the most disappointing five-star hotel experience I have had.

While the building itself is old and beautiful, our room on the 4. floor felt extremely dated and old-fashioned rather than elegant or luxurious. The furnishings were unattractive and simply did not feel like five-star standard.

The roof windows could only be tilted, but even that did not work properly because they were broken. Someone from reception came to look at the problem and tried to fix it temporarily with some kind of paper or tissue, but the issue was never properly resolved.

There was a large TV in the room, but it was placed on a table like a computer monitor and positioned in such a way that it was practically impossible to watch from the bed. At that point, I would honestly rather have no TV at all.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel also felt quite old-fashioned, conservative and rather stuffy. If you are looking for a stylish, contemporary or romantic five-star hotel, this is probably not the right choice. The clientele also seemed predominantly older, which contributed to that atmosphere.

Prague has many beautiful hotels, and at this price point I would choose one of the alternatives next time. For me, the price-to-quality ratio simply does not match a five-star hotel.

Byl jsem zde pracovně a bohužel naprosté zklamání. Na pokoji netekla horká voda – byla maximálně vlažná, takže napustit si vanu a skutečně se po pracovním dni ohřát bylo nemožné. Samotná vana v imitaci mramoru má navíc svá nejlepší léta dávno za sebou.

Klimatizace nefungovala a při jejím spuštění jsem měl pocit, že mi na pokoji přistává vrtulník. Celkově pokoj působil omšele, zastarale a rozhodně neodpovídal standardu, který očekávám od pětihvězdičkového hotelu.

Recepční byl ochotný, přišel se na pokoj osobně podívat a potvrdil, že mám pravdu. Jiný pokoj však nebylo možné zajistit a manažerku se nepodařilo sehnat. Bohužel jsem ji nezastihl ani následující ráno. Bylo mi řečeno, že se mi ozve a situaci se mnou dořeší – nestalo se tak.

Ostuda není jen to, jak pokoj v 5 hotelu vypadá a funguje, ale bohužel i přístup jeho vedení k oprávněné reklamaci hosta. Za mě toto úrovni pěti hvězdiček rozhodně neodpovídá.
