Overpriced and draws a crowd to match it
Pros:

Location and design style

Cons:

The mattresses were old and sagging in the middle and the pillows weren’t luxury. Also the hallways need updating. They are going for luxury but it doesn’t feel real, there it’s just overpriced.

For the price, I was expecting a little better interior features in the room
Pros:

The rooms were quiet.
The outdoor patio was pleasant and inviting

Cons:

I really hated the sliding barn door over the bathroom! It was not private and it needs to stay closed. The mattresses couldn’t have been better. I really dislike the small square pillows on the bed.

Overall, ok.
Pros:

Pool. Room. Crafted Italia.

Cons:

There was major staffing issues. One morning the staff didn't even show up for breakfast. We traveled with multiple friends/family who all have little children so that was extremely challenging and frustrating. The bees at the pool were terrible. Many of us were stung not once but twice, including the littles. There were no traps around the pool what so ever.

Pros:

The property is beautiful and the front desk staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Although the room itself was nice, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The resort advertised quiet hours beginning at 10:00 p.m.; however, the music continued loudly well beyond that time. We went to the front desk to ask when it would be turned off and were told it would be “about three minutes.” Unfortunately, that turned into closer to 20 minutes, and the music did not actually stop until approximately 11:30 p.m.

We also attempted to eat at one of the on-site restaurants, but the service was extremely slow. After waiting more than an hour for our food and nearly 30 minutes for a drink, we decided to leave. The waitress was unable to explain the delay and told us she had to place an order at the bar for two beers—which was surprising since we were not ordering complicated mixed drinks. The woman seated next to us also expressed frustration with the wait. When her food finally arrived, she was so unhappy with the dish that she told us she wished she had left as well.

Unfortunately, we experienced a similar situation the following day at the pool bar. The bartenders appeared overwhelmed by the volume of orders. My drink was forgotten, and when I asked about it, I was told they had run out of the mix. I told them that was fine and that they could simply make the drink without that ingredient. They continued working on other orders, and several minutes later I had to get someone's attention again. At that point, I was told that three different employees had gotten their signals crossed, with each person assuming someone else was making the drink.

At that point, I could only stand back and watch what felt like a hectic train wreck. 😂 To their credit, the bartender did apologize and offered one of our beers on the house.

Overall, the staff were not rude, but the service issues were frequent enough to noticeably impact our experience.

A getaway I will not soon forget
Pros:

The grounds was well groomed. Property was clean. Outdoor furniture was clean. Hallways, elevator, enroll was all clean. Workout facility was also well kept. The staff was beyond hospitable, especially Emily. She made what I thought was going to be a difficult stay enjoyable more than I could imagine.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is that the room did not have a microwave. You have to go down to the lobby and use the general one there.

Liked it, will be back. But will not want a room facing the lake unfortunately
Pros:

So much to do and well taken care of! And amazing staff😊

Cons:

The pool music in the morning is way too loud. I understand some people get up early but when people are on vacation they should be able to rest without tech music blaring
