המיקום מצוין, הצוות סופר נחמד ואדיב. החדר שלנו היה יפה מאד ומעוצב בקפידה. הגג מדהים ונוף לאמפיירסטייט. סאבוואי ממש ביציאה מהמלון.
לכבוד יום הנישואים שלנו הצוות הכין שמפניה ושוקולד בחדר, עשו את זה בכיף ובאוירה נעימה. פשוט תענוג.

Room was great, location was great, the food was great. close the the metro station.

Quaint and staff very friendly

Perfect room amenities, perfect location to go to koreatown and the empire state building. 34 Herald st is right next door and makes going to the five boroughs extremely easy. Right next door is 3 fantastic restaurants and the the staff was very helpful in planning flight departures.

Just got back from 10 days at Kixby..staff are super friendly and accommodating, location is amazing, 2 mins to Macys, 10 mins to Penn Station/MSG, 15 mins to Time Square. Plenty of shops, restaurants and watering holes within staggering distance.. The room was a good size, bed was super comfy, could do with a bit more storage and a kettle but I’m nit picking. Everything very clean and tidy. On the downside, we were in a room facing 35th street and (currently) unlucky enough to have some major refurb work in the building across the street and they like to start early and don’t really give a hoot about keeping quiet. That said, the bin men (every morning) and the general, constant hooting of the NY traffic didn’t help for uninterrupted sleep. Can’t blame the hotel for any of these things and it definitely wouldn’t stop me booking again.. On the whole, a great hotel I a great spot..

The accommodations and location were great. The staff were wonderful! Special kudos to Jay and Rafael for their impeccable service.

Loved the rooms and location. The service was top notch. Jay and Rafael made my birthday! Appreciate them going the extra mile for my husband and I. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband. Brilliant location for walking and getting the subway. Subway entrance right outside the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Rooftop bar is a great touch for the view of the Empire State Building. If I were to return to New York or a friend asked for a recommendation I would definitely say the Kixby is where to go.

I stayed here from July. 21st through the 29th. Great experience overall! I arrived way later than anticipated due to flight delays. Check in was very straightforward and simple. My request for a courtyard view and higher floor was honored. My room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the first night my bedding smelled slightly like a wet dog. I thought this might be due to the industrial soap and machine they use because the next night the smell was gone.
I was greeted every time I walked thru the lobby and the everyone was extremely courteous. I loved that the hotel was so centrally located and everything I wanted to visit was either an easy walk or a few minutes to the subway.

A hidden gem in midtown. Didn’t realize when I made the reservation it is a 4-star hotel. It’s better than 4 stars! Very quiet, comfortable and only 8 minute walk to MSG. Rooftop bar looking up to the Empire State Building is a plus. Would go back again! We really enjoyed our stay at the Kixby.

Just be ready for the small room and toilet. We needed the fridge to be a fridge but was told by handyman that was as cold as it would get. We had medication bagged and sent to their other fridge which meant it was a regular problem. It was more a cooling box. The whole place is very tight. We were getting chased to leave room a day early but when I went down to sort was told it was an error. No apology more of a ‘it’s sorted we messed up ‘..
The tidy up is average. I would say the best thing about this place was location you are in the thick of it. Use Uber over hotels recommendations for taxis - it’s way cheaper than their options. We tested this with airport transfers. They do have a floor 2 tea cofee basic station with an ice machine which was handy as the ice melted very fast in our cooling box. Reception seats around 6 to 8 then you hang around. The view was someone else’s back wall with windows…which though very annoying could not be helped if you are city centre. I don’t think we would rush back here it does not have the comfort levels that we like and really is just small rooms premier inn style with terrible views. Anyway location is great and decent Rooftop - that’s the plus side.

All was excellent. This is a fantastic location and the cleanest and most comfortable room I have ever stayed in. The staff was awesome, very helpful with the questions I asked. Ver attentive and they pay a great deal of attention to detail. I'll recomend this hotel to anyone I know going to New York.

A really lovely hotel. Great rooms and excellent friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.
