La ubicación. Fue de fácil acceso desde varias zonas de Madrid. El desayuno me gustó, aun cuando no ofrecen variedad de huevos al gusto, solo pure de huevo revuelto.

Cons:

Que no funcionó el aire acondicionado. No enfrió en ningún momento, en pleno verano. Hicimos el reclamo; nos cambiaron de habitación dos veces en el mismo piso 4 donde estaba el problema y fue mortificante el calor. No pudimos dormir del agobio, aun cuando abríamos las ventanas en la noche; pedimos ventiladores y no lo proveyeron. Otra dificultad, es que en la noche bien tarde tocan a la puerta de la habitación o intentan abrirla los de la recepción. Pienso que no tienen un control de que habitaciones están ocupadas, porque cuando son varias habitaciones para varios huespedes de una misma reserva, solo registran al titular de la reserva. Espero que puedan resolver esos problemas de manera urgente. Ante mi queja, el gesto comercial que me dieron, a nombre de la sra Olivia, fue devolverle a Booking 51.5 Euros, que no corresponde ni siquiera al valor completo de una noche de las 7 noches que permanecí en el hotel. Aun padeciendo tan grande incomodidad hice una reserva adicional en ese hotel del 10 al 11 de septiembre, para un amigo que llegó a París, con tan mala suerte que le asignaron una habitación en el piso 2 donde tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Terrible. Considero o solicito atentamente que mejore el gesto comercial. Muchas gracias.
