The historic hotel was located a short bus ride from Lucerne and the bus stop was across the street. The hotel was lovely as was our room with a balcony. We had a very good view of the water.
Both breakfast and dinner were good but the server at dinner got a few orders confused. The breakfast was buffet but the dinner was not n the dinner service was slow..

I should live in the hotel. My stay was amazing. Did I mention that I would not be opposed to spending everyday there. Best service on the Planet. If a peaceful lakeside small city vacation is on your radar, look no further. Did I mention the black out shades, cleanliness, staff of my dreams, location and a view.

Our check-in process was amazing and the Deluxe lake view room with balcony was upgraded to Junior suite which was very nice. The view and location of the hotel and room was extraordinary and one did not feel the need to leave the room. Breakfast was also very elaborate considering Europe.
