Sehr schönes Hotel!
Pros:

Sehr zentral, Nähe Einkaufszentrum und Innenstadt und Bahnhof nach London zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, großes Badezimmer, bequemes Bett!!!

Nice hotel and comfortable, let down by the regular, "guess most senior staff member" who was rude.
Pros:

Breakfast and staff, very pleasant even though it is as expected a busy time of the day. The last most recent stay was at the weekend, I mistakenly remembers breakfast at 7.00, but in the week it is 6.30. I guess my fault as I am a regular guest. The reception desk did not remind me on arrival. More later on this and the individual who - appears to be on the front desk "in-charge", aloof and rude to her colleagues.

Cons:

The reception desk. A usual person, someone who has received me on the 4-5 occasions in the last 5-6 weeks. Again its seemed to be an inconvenience to her to be working, taking time to check me into my room. Breaking off to tell a colleague he was too unimportant to speak so to shut his mouth. Nice hey.
