THE BEST HOTEL IN CROYDON
Pros:

Love staying here..I have been back so many times over the years it gets better and better..the Manager is the best!..Room 1211 is my goto..best mattress ever...my name should be on the door haha!...I used to live in L9ndon but now live in the US..the hotel is very convenient for me..my children and family live close by.also being close to East Croydon stn is a bonus. The receptionist are the best..the bar and restaurant staff very helpful...thankyou for being the best Hotel this side of Croydon...I will be back in August..my granddaughter gets married..

Cons:

Nice to have doormen.or porters posted to help with luggage..but no big deal

Pregunté si había habitación disponible. Me dijeron que sí, pero que la hora de entrada eran las 15:00 y sí quería entrar antes debía abonar 40 libras esterlinas.

Después de haber estado en centenares de hoteles, es la primera vez que me encuentro en una situación así.

Me parece, simplemente, inaceptable: entiendo que se cobre un late check out, porque obliga a reorganizar la limpieza de las salidas, pero eso otro es, para mí, inaudito.
