The room was comfortable with excellent views, and the hotel was close to our events. The breakfast was everything they said it would be and better. The restaurant itself was beautiful and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The experience of getting from reception/main floor to the parking garage could be improved with signage that starts in the lobby.

Absolute worst hotel in Canada
Pros:

This hotel is only one step above the 6th circle of Hell, and that save for the kindness of Otilia and Ian in concierge.

Only stay here if you have given up all hope of being treated with dignity, respect and empathy and if you hate yourself and God.

The water pressure and temperature of the showers is a nice touch but it reminds me of the river Styx.

Comfortable business class hotel
Pros:

Just a block from Gare Central, an easy destination when arriving by train. Room was modern and spacious, with a new feeling comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. Taxis were at the ready when we needed an early morning departure to the airport.

Good, but I wouldn't return.

The location is very good. The service was also good.

Cons:

Le bruit, il y en avait autant à l'intérieur sur notre étage qu'à l'extérieur. J'ai l'habitude de prendre des hôtels dans des rues un peu plus calmes, c'est sûrement ça la différence. J'avoue aussi que les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées. On entend les gens dans le corridor et on entend l'ascenseur monter et descendre en tout temps. Pour le prix, j'ai été dans des hôtels de meilleure qualité, dans le même secteur.
