Pros:

I can say that's the only thing that was great, was the breakfast.

Cons:

Had to repeatly ask for towels for the room, never got them till my husband had to go done and get them the next day. Also had a lot of dust in the room #402.

Not worth it
Pros:

The lobby and accommodations were nice

Cons:

Room was outdated and dingy. Bathroom wasn’t clean and lacked ventilation so showering ended up being a sauna. I didn’t have a working shower light in my bathroom, so it was a very dark shower definitely not worth the price point.

Not worth the price.
Cons:

I stayed here for a weekend trip and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. To start, they charged me $13 just to park in their parking lot, which I thought was strange because I would think that would be included in their nightly rate. They didn't give me a tag for my car or ask for my license plate, so I'm not even sure how this is validated, just seems like a money scam. Our room was extremely hot, even though the air said it was on 64, the room felt like it was 75. Later in the evening we left, and upon returning the entire lobby area was covered in water with towels spread across the floors. There wasn't any water bottles available in the lobby, the only water available was the $4 bottles in the room, again seemed like a money scam. Upon waking up to construction sounds at 6am, the floor below ours was completely blocked off. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned before checking in, as there were pink substances on the shower walls. Very disappointed.

The staff

Cons:

The ac didn't work properly, the restaurant doesn't have many choices and the construction way and issue for the conference I attend.

We have stayed at many may hotels over the years. Ranging from cheap to expensive. We spend $250 for ONE night. That is
Pros:

When you walk in, it was beautiful and had very high expectations

Cons:

Understandable it was under construction but some amenities could’ve been better. Every room should have a microwave so was very disappointed with that. We paid $250 for ONE night so we expected better and was disappointed. We could’ve stayed in downtown for cheaper and still had a better hotel. Won’t be back here

Not pleased with this place at all
Pros:

The location was nice and convenient

Cons:

It is not old and outdated. When we opened the sofa ged it had dirty bedding on the mattress. The couch cushions were dirty, and the room it’s self felt dirty. The shower had someone leased hair on it.

Our stay was good and would stay again in future.
Pros:

I was in a newly renovated room. My daughter stayed in older room which was nice just older and was waiting to be renovated. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We really didn't have any problems with our stay as we both had read that the hotel was being renovated. It was Sat. Night visit so it was quiet from any noise from work being done.

Terrible
Pros:

The staff was great specially a man named Gabriel he went above and beyond for us!

Cons:

The blood stains on our sheets in the first room, the roaches, tv not working and toilet over flowing in the second room! The half eaten brownie we found pulling out the couch into a bed! The stained sheets on the pull out bed. The stained sheets on the king bed.

Dissatisfaction
Pros:

The man who checked us in was very rude and when we voiced concerns he just dismissed us and sent us up to a room. He had to change our room due to the fullness of the hotel but was not understanding at all. The Wi-Fi only in our room also didn’t work after speaking with their IT help desk the entire stay it was never corrected. We will not choose this hotel again.

Short.
Pros:

The staff were generally nice.

Cons:

Was this supposed to be an Embassy Suites, but now yall just don’t do real maintenance? Several places on the wall with damage. The bah tub in 401 looked like it’d been through Hell and back. Rooms were stuffy.

The absolute worst hotel
Pros:

I do dance competitions and travel a bunch, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was construction happening on the floor above us and kept us up all night. There were shards of glass in the closet. I never want to stay here again. At least the hotel staff was nice!
NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!
