el servicio bufet del desayuno es muy bueno, y sus comidas de restaurant Tambien. La atención y predisposición del personal es muy buena.
El tema de la calefacción en la habitación, el hecho de no poder establecer individualmente la temperatura desde el AC de la habitación, hacia que en las noches no funcionara y en mi estadía hubo dias muy frios. Y otra cosa que no me gustó, es la puerta de ingreso automática, en muchas oportunidades el pasar de la gente por la calle produce la apertura de la puerta lo que hace que en lobby entre mucho viento y haga frio, ese mismo viento llega también al mostrador de recepción, donde se encuentra personal trabajando.

הכל היה סבבה. לא פעם ראשונה במלון. חדר גדול ונקי, מיטה גדולה ונוחה.
רק הטמפרטורה לא תקינה היה חם בכל המלון היה קשה לנשום.
במקלחת יש בעיה עם המים החמים או חם רותח או קר . המים החמים לא יציב.
The location was nice for accessing the subway, busses, and shopping. The room had blackout curtains and even though we were facing the street the noise was minimal. The beds were fine, the room was a little stuffy and humid but tolerable. The shower had hot water and good pressure, but the door leaked water everywhere. Their breakfast was great with fresh fruits, juices, eggs and meat, breass and jams, granola and yogurt. Staff were really attentive and friendly and were very generous with an early check-in and later check-out to accommodate our international flights.
The gym seemed well equipped, the pool closed very early at 7pm unfortunately, and the dry sauna was fine -- we thought it was weird that the windows faced the gym where people could see you and you could see and hear the TV through it, so not private or relaxing, but effective nonetheless. They offer massages but I wouldn't recommend them -- the massage table is really old and thin which made it very uncomfortable to lay on, so not ideal for something meant to be relaxing.
Excelente estadía, ubicación muy buena con servicios al alcance. Superó mis expectativas. El personal muy amable.
