Schönes Hotel neben dem Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert/modernisiert und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für uns war die Location gut, weil wir nah am Hauptbahnhof sein wollten, (wobei man aber wissen muss, dass das Bahnhofsviertel sehr dreckig ist und die Leute sehr unangenehm sind vor allem durch die Drogenabhängigen.) Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und das Zimmer war sehr gross. Das Frühstück soll sehr gut sein, haben es aber selbst nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

A really exceptional hotel
Pros:

The staff at Cloud One Hotel were exceptional. They were all so welcoming, extremely kind and very friendly.

The hotel is really beautiful and yet the price was amazing for a 4 Star Hotel of such high quality.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated just opposite the Entrance of Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof.

I definitely wish to return to Cloud One Hotel again at some point.

Thank you Cloud One staff for making sure that my night's stay was absolutely perfect for me!

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

Good value for money.
Pros:

Very nice as soon as you walk in, staff very good. We had a great night chatting in the bar. Room was cool and clean.Very cheap.

Cons:

Feels unfair, as it’s not the hotels fault. But being right next to train station, we were greeted by a lot of people under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Again not hotels fault, but a little off putting as you arrive.
