Important information:

The spa & wellness centre is available at an extra cost. The swimming pool is only open from May to September. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 35kg. A charge of 50 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

Rooftop pool will be open from May 1st, from10:00 AM to 07:00 PMGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Not an ideal stay
Pros:

The location was good, the rooms were clean and the service in the main was good.

Cons:

The problem is the nightclub on the fifth floor. We were on the fourth and could not sleep with the noise. It was booming so much we could feel it. By midnight, I had had enough and went to the front desk to complain. It was very clear to me this was a recurring problem. They moved us to a quieter room but as you can imagine it was far from ideal to have to pack everything in the middle of the night and then unpack again. This was a failure at the most fundamental level for a hotel whose primary remit is to provide somewhere comfortable to sleep.

Pros:

Великолепный отель, инфраструктура, спа-комплекс, бар на террасе, номерной фонд выше всех похвал. Есть абсолютно все мелочи для красоты и гигиены, ухода за одеждой. Безупречный консьерж-сервис для помощи с любыми вопросами.

Cons:

Небольшое недопонимание с клинингом возникло однажды: уборка номера пришлась на момент нашего возвращения из бассейна, и нам пришлось ожидать более 15 минут в мокрой одежде.
