Important information:

The spa & wellness centre is available at an extra cost. The swimming pool is only open from May to September. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 35kg. A charge of 50 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

Overpriced and VERY disappointing.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, and the location made it relatively easy to access the old town. Otherwise, there is almost nothing else nice I can say about this hotel. I will be returning to Rome in a month and will definitely not be returning to this hotel, then or ever again.

Cons:

The hotel and the service offered were not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. There were constantly large groups in reception, making it impossible to get any assistance from the staff. The Michelin-star restaurant was diabolical; the food was almost inedible, and there was absolutely nothing good about the dinner we were served. Check-out was also a mess, as they had added 4 airport transfers to our bill, and it was a major issue to get these erroneous charges removed, even though they could see it was impossible for us to have had multiple airport transfers on the same day.

A real gem of a hotel with customer service second to none.
Pros:

A luxurious hotel that excels in comfort and customer service. Conveniently situated for most of Rome’s main attractions. Nice add on to have the roof top bar and pool area.

Great location, brilliant service and very helpful staff
Pros:

Location to Rail Station was ideal. Service from the time we arrived was excellent, getting access to the room after a long flight was much appreciated. Will come back again

Elegantes la dolce vita feeling
Pros:

Unser Taxifahrer sagte schon, eins der besten Hotels in ganz Rom. Damit sollte er recht behalten, dass Frühstück war besonders beeindruckend mit Livemusik vom Klavier jeden Tag. Unser Doppel-Zimmer mit City view hatte die Größe einer Suite, und die 4 m Decken waren beeindruckend und erinnerten an ein altes italienisches Herrenhaus. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung, wenn man etwas mehr Kleingeld übrig hat fürs Hotel.

Cons:

Etwas entfernt vom Trevi-Brunnen/ der Altstadt, aber zu Fuß, wenn man etwas mehr Zeit einplant kein Problem und auch wirklich das einzige Manko!

Old charm elegant hotel in the centre of Rome
Pros:

We’ve been upgraded to a very large and comfortable room with a great view on the city. Breakfast were very good and the location was very central.

Cons:

There was a funny smell at times coming from the bathroom.

un vrai 5* comme il y en a peu! tout était très bien! Mention spéciale pour le sommelier. Le vin sélectionné manquait de typicité par rapport à son terroir d'origine. Il a su identifier le défaut instantanément et a gracieusement proposé une alternative.

la carte du restaurant SEEN BY OLIVIER était un peu limitée
