The room.
There aren't enough coffees, water, slippers, and towels in the room. There isn't even a fridge in the room.

The security person in at the entrance is a nice and patient guy
The reception employees are not smiling and they haven't shown any kind of welcome.
I'm a big fan of the room service.
And the folks at reception are super friendly!

The rooms look very old, and the furniture is outdated and not in good condition. Even basic room amenities had to be requested. When I opened the minibar fridge, there was a very bad smell coming from it. Overall, the room was not well maintained, and the experience was disappointing.
