الباركن غير متوفر المعامله سيئه اردت استرجاع المبلغ والرحيل من الفندق لم يتم استرجاع المبلغ خسرت مبلغي على الفاضي لم استفد اي شي اخذت رقم خاطئ من الموظفين الاسترجاع المبلغ ولم استطع استرجاعه اريد استرجاع مبلغ الاقامه لاني لم اقيم في الفندق رحلت في نفس وقت الحجز
