The property is centrally located, the staff throughout are v friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome - the views of St George castle are just fabulous - good food and refreshments - I’ll be back again!!

Fantastic location 2 minutes from the subway station. We booked a room with a terrace and the view was as good as any mirador looking out towards the castle. Very clean and also a good size room as well. The front desk checked us in and actually then showed us to the room and helped with the luggage rather than just pointing us to the lift. Breakfast was good, nice selection but I would have prefered more juice options rather than just orange and water. The stand out of the hotel though are the staff. Front desk were always friendly and helpful with recommendatoions for anything you need but the bar staff were all exceptional and even if you dont stay at the hotel go to the rooftop bar to admire the view.
This was our first trip to Lisbon and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. The room was big with blackout drapes and great air conditioning. There were welcome treats when we arrived which we loved. It was in the heart of Chiado without being too loud. We walked everywhere. The rooftop bar has the best view in the city and the staff were outstanding. I highly recommend!
We stayed at Hotel do Chiado for a trip as a couple, and everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The service was excellent, and the location could not have been better.
A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again!
Superb hotel in perfect location and everyone of the staff working there are an asset to the hotel. Cannot fault any part of this hotel. We stayed in a premium room with terrace and the view was beautiful. They go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable trip. Definitely recommend and will definitely visit again soon

Everything. It is spacious and its staff are super friendly and professional. Its location is ideal. The hotel has a lovely view of the river and is in the center of the old downtown with its cobblestone streets. It is a charming hotel in every sense.

I needed a cozy weekend getaway with my husband who had been away on intense business trip and was lucky to find the last premium room. That particular room has a large bed frame foundation without the European seam formed by putting two beds together. It also has a terrace patio with an amazing view. We enjoyed the rooftop at sunset with a DJ (weekends 5-8ish) and were surprised with the food quality of our covert so we opted to stay in for dinner but took to our terrace to enjoy. Ernesto in the restaurant speaks English well and made probably the best aperol spritz I ever had! The location is convenient to the metro and easily accesses shopping streets, historic sites, and strategically places you to go up or down hills, depending on which neighborhood area you are interested in exploring. We dedicated Saturday to Precip Real to enjoy the final weekend of Santos Fest (sardine festival) and the weather was perfect! All of the staff from reception, restaurant servers, and cleaning crew were professional and lovely. The room was large with a seating area, tv, ample closet space and well appointed bathroom. We were surprised with a small goodbye gift at check out, too. I highly recommend staying here if you are seeking privacy & quiet with quick access to exciting activities (or in a group with people with opposite energy levels). We will return!
