The staff member at breakfast Tegan, was particularly attentive and an asset to the hotel. Very friendly, warm and polite. Continuous seeing to all guests.
The bathroom in our room had a bad smell, and could have done with a clean.

It was close to my destination. The staff were helpful. We could leave our cases as we arrived before check in. The breakfast was good.
There wasn’t anything in the area in the way of restaurants or shops
Room was lovely, modern and clean. Had big flat tv, aircon, all that was needed. Perfect location for what we planned - ABBA voyage, rooftop cinema, Hunger Games at the theatre, hop on hop off bus, cruise, London Eye! Just name it! Great breakfast, tasty dinner, good selection of drinks.

Location was good. Not much to say, it's like every other Holiday Inn really. Clean and easy.
We did have trouble with the Air con, I ended up googling how to use it as it kept intermittently beeping. I think in the end we did actually find instructions on how to use it but by that point it was time to leave.

This was a very friendly Hotel the staff were lovely . So helpful . Veronica the Ukranian girl was exceptional , so kind to me as ibwas on my own at Breakfast. All the staff were very pleasant .

Close to bus and metro stations. Good conditions, nice place. Breakfast ok, especially since we were with picky little girls.
A little crowded at breakfast, especially since some people drink their coffee for two hours while others wait standing for a seat at the table to become available.
