Front desk was unbelievably rude. Elevator did not work. Lost power multiple times. Has nothing to do with weather.

Good location. Staff were very nice dealing with very difficult situations.

Cons:

First room was right by elevator, chemical smell, thermostat and telephone not working. We were moved to another, much nicer, room. However the next day the elevator was out of order. We were moved from 4th floor to 1st but front desk agent and my travel companion had to climb 4 floors pack our things and move them. I have a bad heart and lungs and couldn't help. That room was much smaller and had a small closet with no hangers, nor a bar to put hangers on. Elevator died on Wednesday and was still not working when we left on Saturday. I retired last year as chief engineer of a Manhattan hotel and I'd previously worked for Marriott. I can't imagine not having and elevator repair service with 24/7 emergency service.

Very convenient, safe, and comfortable stay
Pros:

It was conveniently located in a safe and vibrant area. The room was smallish but comfortable. I liked the double desk areas, and the breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

I don’t think there is a working elevator.

Pros:

Was within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms need to be better maintained. Blinds were broken, door didn't shut unless slammed, hallway and walls were really dirty. Definitely looked run down.

Good clean quick in and out hotel
Pros:

Arrival was good. Room was ready and clean. Staff was friendly. Easy.

Cons:

No on site charging for my car. It does nto take much for a hotel to install and makes staying there so much easier to choose.
