Pros:

The hotel was affordable, served breakfast and was close to shopping and food. The staff also changed our room when we asked.

Cons:

The first room we were in was not clean and I did not realize that it was animal friendly. I have allergies and would have selected a different hotel. The bed was not comfortable at all, back still hurts from my stay.

I think some upgrades need done.
Pros:

It needs a better selection of food. Same everyday for 5 days. There was a lot in the area to see.

Cons:

I had to ask more than one for clean towels and wash clothes. Also their English speaking and knowledge was very poor.

Very pleased with everything, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly, room was clean, when our wifi wasn't working they helped immediately and gave us another room. Will stay again for sure!!

Chill weekend
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were respectful and didn't bang on your door to ask if you needed services. They knocked and ask . They always greeted me smiling. Get a pool y'all would be perfect lol I'll stay again. 😊

Cons:

Although my room was comfortable it had a smell like as if the fridge had spoiled food in it before us .But was a horrible smell. Also you can't geget t in the door with your key. If your rooms are around the building you can't use your key to get in you got to go all the way back to the front . Which defeats the purpose of telling people to go around to get to the room if you can't get to the back door 🤔

Pros:

I love the location, the breakfast is decent. It alos have a decent room size that fit 2 queen beds with enough room for table and chair.

Cons:

The hallways are kind of not clean and some carpet smell.

Do not come here the place is run down
Pros:

I got this for cheap because it was freezing outside while car camping. I think I might’ve just made the biggest mistake of my life.

The first thing was honestly my bad, I misunderstood and showed up earlier than the check in time.

So to their credit they tried to accommodate me by putting me into one of the two rooms on a floor where there was construction on the entire floor.

It felt like I stepped into a back room. I told them I don’t feel safe there. The elevator is also in terrible condition.

The new room they gave me on the first floor, I found some kind of indescript bug walking towards my bag almost immediately, so I flushed that down the toilet. The room is also just filthy.

Then I noticed the door isn’t aligned, so folks could see through right into my room in the bottom unless I covered it. Then I realized it looked like the door had been ripped off the hinge before.

This is both a good and bad thing but the door has a sign asking “if you or someone you know are being sold for sex” with a national human trafficking resource center number. This reservation is non refundable, and I don’t feel safe here.

I just wanted to sleep somewhere warm.

Served aged fruits. I don’t like how I found my towel was dirty and left for me to use as new
