Emily at check-in was AMAZING & SUPER FRIENDLY
Location was great
Breakfast was good
Room was laid out nice

Cons:

The air conditioner leaked in our room, carpet was wet, shower door didn't seal properly floor got wet & caused a slipping hazard. Elevator wasn't working properly Sunday morning when we were trying to checkout & made it extremely difficult bringing down our belongings. They were able to fix it before we left.

Excellent hotel at a great value, perfect for visiting Grand Valley State University
Pros:

Hotel is in excellent condition overall. Rooms and furnishings were very confortable and clean. The shower is oddly shaped but is actually nice and large. The breakfast was good, typical for a hotel continental breakfast. Location is ideal for visiting GVSU

Cons:

The only minor issue with breakfast was the juice machine wasn't working properly so couldn't cool the juice. They had a sign out letting everyone know, and I'm sure it will be fixed.

It was okay. Some of the staff could be a little more personable.
Pros:

The food was decent, the juice machine was not working properly and they had no napkins available.

Cons:

Water pressure was very weak in the mornings. Everything else was fine.
