Amazing stay!!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff was especially super helpful and overall the hotel is super family friendly, We wanted to recognize Eli for making sure our stay was pleasant and being super helpful with our luggage. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi.

Fridge was not cold when we checked in. We were told there would be a crib and it wasn’t in there, had to ask again for it and it wasn’t a pack n play. The pillows were not great.

Amazing location and service!
Pros:

We had an amazing time at the Harbor View Inn! My parents and my husband and baby daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful location (right next to an amazing breakfast spot- Janine’s!) and the ocean. The pool was beautiful and warm, and the rooms were perfect. We had brought a TON of stuff because of the baby, and we were so incredibly grateful to both Rizzo and Alejandro for their help carrying all of our heavy luggage to and from our car so we didn’t have to carry anything. Thank you!!

Parking is a mess
Pros:

WORST HOTEL. Very sad because the hotel facilities are beautiful. But the staff is awful. I arrived with two cars and was told FIRMLY that I could only pay for 1 space (even though the lot holds 25 cars and only 12 are occupied and even though one of our guests has a handicapped placard and there are TWO empty handicapped spaces in the lot). I even offered to pay the $32 fee for the second car and was told FIRMLY that we would have to park on a dark surrounding street and walk. Very stupid move and poor customer service. Customer services feels like a Motel 6 rather than a $450 a night hotel! Nit returning. This place is a mess.

4th of July weekend
Pros:

The location was excellent, especially for the fourth of July weekend! Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. We had a 6 month old and a 6 year old with us and we felt very accommodated.

Cons:

I wish all the rooms had tubs plus the shower, but the shower was awesome! We stayed in the north wing and had to trek across the street to go to the pool and meet our friends staying in the east wing. Wish there was a bridge or easier walkway or a cart to contact to bring us over. Lugging 2 kids and beach stuff was a lot of work.

Anniversary
Pros:

This visit was for our Anniversary! We only had a short drive from our last stop and arrived early for checking in. However, Scott was so accommodating and our room was ready! Jakob assisted us with our luggage to our room. He was very customer friendly and assisted us with our every need! When checking out, Rizzo arrived promptly to our room to assist us with our luggage, again very customer friendly. Then Kaitlyn assisted with our check out, very quick and painless (he he). Love this place - we come many times!!!

Cool water temperature was great.

Cons:

I stayed in the north building and had to walk across the street across the bridge and threw a parking lot to get to the pool. This was not a preferred location.
Parking per day was expensive.
