Perfect family hotel
Pros:

This was the second time our family stayed at the Harbor View Inn and it was just as wonderful as the first. We love the rooms, kid friendly pools and the location near State and the beach.
We are very grateful to Berenice, who kindly helped us book two rooms next to each other in our preferred building.

Great stays
Pros:

Stayed here for 3 nights at start and 1 night at end of CA road trip. Have stayed in many hotels and rentals and this is by far the best in SB for West beach location. We will definitely be back. Great rooms our resort view deluxe room looked over the pool and beach side view in the West wing. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Bathroom needs updating few loose tiles but great shower and spacious. We used the pool which was nice as it was hot and so glad for the fan and air conditioning. Spent time on the balcony relaxing. Great location right near some of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely stay here when in SB in the future.

Nice hotel, not so nice mattresses
Pros:

The hotel is located walking distance from the beach. The lobby is nice and staff friendly. Our room is a large ocean view room well- decorated. The mattresses are so soft and lacking any support that I debated sleeping on the floor. Maybe some people like a super-soft mattress but to my taste and needs it’s a big miss and because it’s where I spend a large percentage of my time while in the hotel room.

Amazing Stay At Harbor View
Pros:

I’ve stayed in many Santa Barbara properties and without a doubt the Harbor View is my favorite. Great location opposite Stearns Wharf, great staff and walkable location. Stayed in the south tower facing the water in a king suite and it was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend the upgrade! Not sure I would have enjoyed the other wings to be honest. A great stay and will he back!

Pros:

Our stay was incredible. The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and the pool is outstanding.
I would especially like to thank Alejandro, the young man who helped us with our luggage, gave us a great tip on where to rent bicycles, and recommended an excellent Spanish restaurant, Loquita.

Great overnight stay in Santa Barbara!
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in California. What a nice property! It's within walking distance to a ton of shops, restaurants, and the pier and beach. We had an ocean-view room on the 2nd floor - the scenery was spectacular. When we were checking out, I struck up a conversation with Scott at the front desk. He was super friendly and shared some of the history of the property, which I found enlightening - a great way to end our stay. I will be visiting the Harbor View Inn the next time I visit Santa Barbara!

Perfect hotel
