This property offers outdoor hall access to all guestrooms. All accessible guest rooms are located on the first floor. There is no elevator/elevator available on the property.

Pets are allowed in designated room types only: One King Bed, Two Double Beds.

Good location for visiting Moody Gardens.
Pros:

The staff was helpful, location was perfect for visiting Moody Gardens, and the room was large.

The carpet.

Hotellet fungerade bra. Inget lyx, men inte heller dåligt.
Vi bodde här ett par nätter, och var nöjda med service och att det rum vi fick var stort och luftigt.
Saknade möjligen tillgång till kassaskåp på rummet.

Cons:

Det här hotellet ligger INTE på gångavstånd till strand eller restauranger. Men har man bil, fungerar det bra. Se till att parkera under sidobyggnaden, då står bilen i skugga.

Outstanding stay 👏🏽 will definitely be back.
Pros:

The room was clean and well kept, very comfortable, the AC blew cold air which was a big plus, the shower toilet and sinks as well as the sheets and pillows on the beds were all clean, the lighting in the room was perfect. My kiddos loved the pool when we did go and it was very clean. Parking was a plus the facility was very clean and well kept. The staff were very nice and attentive. Will definitely be back in the future.

Cons:

Mosquitoes were savages but overall definitely enjoyed our stay.

Let me first say that we've stayed here prior but had a room in the adjacent building, which has an elevator. This is why we choose to stay again. Not a bad stay.
This time, however, we had a room on the second floor of the main building. There was no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage(cruise) or heavy luggage, it could be more of a challenge.
The room itself was pretty decent in size. We noticed we didn't have a microwave. The staff had one installed immediately.
As I'm disinfecting the room myself, as i always do with any hotel, I noticed dead bugs behind the glass in the pictures above the bed. Then at the sink, there were tiny hairs as if someone shaved over the sink near the faucet. Before we left to have dinner, we turned the thermostat down to 70 degrees. When we returned 2 hours later, the room still felt the same temp as when we left around 75 degrees. We turned the thermostat down to 65..still no change overnight. I did not say anything to staff as we were just ready to checkout and get to our cruise.
Although, my first stay here was not bad at all in 2024, this last stay June 26, 2026 will make me look else where, first. I hope this was a one-off experience.

All in all it was a decent clean place to lay your head. Not lux, but cool clean & comfy.
Pros:

The room was clean and quaint. Bed was ok, AC worked very well.

Your front desk lady was very rude and argumenitve. and she not one time said thank you and acted like she appreciated me for using the hotel and also housekeeping refused to clean our room after being asked multiple times and then when they did come they half cleaned our room! Left chips on the floor, didn't sweep or vacuum, didn't clean our bathroom or take away dirty towels that was left on the floor, half made up our beds and put damp linen on our beds! And then when one of the housekeepers left apparently because she was mad because I made a complain, she slammed the door to the hotel room! I've worked in customer service all my life and I'm 66 years old and retired...so I know how customer should be done and in a hospital setting! This was by far the worst hotel stay that I ever had...and not only will I never return, but I will let everyone I know...never to stay at this facility, nor use book.com. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! IF THERE WAS A RATING OF ZERO THIS IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE GAVE YOU. And also I forgot to mention that we were booked until Monday, but we left early Sunday morning shortly after breakfast! And out of our stay....breakfast was awesome with plenty of choices and I LOVED that!

Highly recommended and will definitely be back!
Pros:

Great experience here! Gracious staff, clean room, 18-hole miniature golf ⛳️ on site, pool, close drive to the seawall and beach, reasonable rates, and quiet area at night. Loved it! ♥️

The property is nice. I like that is walking distance to Schlitterbahn. The mini golf is good too.
