There was only one washcloth despite 3 people in the room. I had to go to the office to get additional wash cloths.

We didn’t like that the pool was closed on a very hot day without any notification

Parking! People taking up 2 parking places under the building parking lot. Should be strict enforcement on that policy.

Our room was given to another family because we hadn’t “checked in yet”. I was actually standing in the lobby waiting for someone to wait on me when they gave the room away. Mind you our room had been paid for in full for over a week and it wasn’t even past check in time when we arrived. Check in was 3PM-11PM and we arrived around 10:30. Also the coffee pot was really old and disgusting it had gunk coming out of it into the coffee.

Leaks in the plumbing, first floor

4 girls 2 nights 3 towels each and one roll of toilet paper for the weekend. Not a good ratio. Staff was nice about getting what we needed but 4 quest should have four towels and at least 2 rolls of toilet papper.

Based on the reviews it was decent. But upon arrival it was disgusting, our room was in the building in the back. It was not the photos listed on the website. Very dirty, toothpicks on night stand, liquid on night stand, long black hair all over bathroom floor, feces on toilet rim, German roaches on wall, food crumbs on dresser and floor, candy paper on floor, plastic spoon on floor. The room had not been cleaned…I went to the front desk and said I can’t stay here. I did get a refund 2 days later.

The buildings and stairways were a little run down and rough looking and could use some maintenance.

Mosquitoes but not the hotels fault

Unfortunately, half of the staff don’t speak English and we stayed for three nights and room was never offered to be cleaned. Did not have enough towels to shower and none were available until late night hours

Das erste Zimmer sofort gegen ein anderes getauscht,weil es in dem ersten gestunken hat. Das 2. War nicht viel besser. Man kann noch nicht mal ein Fenster aufmachen. Alt,dreckig,es hat nach Schimmel gestunken,im Flur lief nonstop ein Lüfter wegen Feuchtigkeit, alte,stinkende Teppiche,ebenso wie die Betten. Schimmel im Bad,Teppich löst sich auf, Für das Frühstück stand eine!!! Pankakemaschine und davor eine Schlange. Sowas als Frühstück zu bezeichnen ist eine Frechheit. Wir sind nach einer Übernachtung abgereist und haben nur übernachtet,weil wir erst kurz vor 23 Uhr angereist sind und nicht mehr weg konnten. Ursprünglich war eine Soche geplant. Alternative wäre im Auto zu übernachten. Ich frage mich, wer die ganzen positiven Bewertungen schreibt. Ein Hotel wie eine Location für einen Horrorfilm.
