Important information:

This property offers outdoor hall access to all guestrooms. All accessible guest rooms are located on the first floor. There is no elevator/elevator available on the property.

Pets are allowed in designated room types only: One King Bed, Two Double Beds.

It was not what we expected, they had a couple of good things such as location and putt putt but that does not outway th

The location was great and the putt putt was a nice touch. We did enjoy getting to play a couple rounds.

Cons:

The pool closed at 8pm not 10pm like most and was told it changes during Summer time (not June 9-12 when we stayed). That was a bummer for my daughter that really wanted to swim later. The rooms were clean but upon check in the door handle on the inside came off, there was no knob on the lamp and the fridge was hot. Also extremely low water pressure when flushing the toilet or taking a shower. I also noticed that several electrical sockets did not work or would not hold our devises without them easily falling out. I reserved 2 rooms and both had these issues along with flys, gnats and in the other room they said they had a roach. Breakfast is extremely slim pickings, cereal, muffins and pan cakes, as well as juice and coffee. The morning of check out I went to the lobby to request a couple more wash clothes and they were going to send the housekeeping by to give us some, but around 830 or 9am she arrived only to show me a clip board saying out for my room # and I told her i know check out is around 11am but we requested 2 wash clothes and she walked off. A few minutes later she did not return since she started working on another room so my daughter went to ask and she told her No English so we went without wash clothes, this was addressed at the front desk upon check out and he apologized and said one of them does speak English.

I would say overall the location was the main reason we chose this hotel.
Pros:

I would say the location was great as it was close to the seawall and cruise terminal. They only charged $20 for cruise parking for the week, which was very nice and affordable. The cruises parking is provided with a one-night stay. They recommended a great shuttle service for us to travel to the port and that worked out wonderfully.

Cons:

The room was okay but we found several bugs/ants in the room. The bed was not too comfortable and small for two people to sleep on. The breakfast was not extremely fresh tasting and was not much to choose from.

Pros:

The front desk clerk was amazing! He was very understanding of our car trouble and very helpful.

Cons:

I still have not heard from the front desk manager or GM regarding a reimbursement. Booking.com was 100% willing to refund my stay due to car trouble but the gentleman at the front desk said it had to be finalized by a front desk manager or the GM

the place was good for its money you see the ratings about it being dirty no i hesitated at first but it was clean lots

i liked the miniture golf it gave my kids something extra to do the place is spacious and was clean if you are looking for a fancy spot clean place this is mot for you ut if you are looing for a decent clean place it is a good place i really liked it just not the breakfast
