Great breakfast Comfortable stay friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly, had a good nights sleep bed was very comfortable pillows too. The breakfast is a must book on day of arrival.

Cons:

We had a problem with Parking Eye sending us a parking fine when I had filled out all of the relevant paperwork at reception on arrival and paid for the parking, room and breakfast on arrival. I also put my reg on the tablet so not sure why this happened.

Lovely, comfortable beds with suitable amenities and really friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Location was just off a main road, easy to get to and great for transport links, and we didn't notice any road noise once we were inside. The team had gone all-out on the Halloween decorations which I loved! The staff on arrival were really friendly and helpful, very approachable if we had any questions. Bar prices were reasonable, and the bar area was comfortable and the conservatory restaurant area was beautiful. Overnight staff were just as lovely and helpful, we were able to add breakfast onto our stay for a very reasonable price after check-in (reduced rate if pre-booked before midnight). Bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, tea/coffee station in the room was standard as at most hotels, the place was clean throughout, would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice, and in a lovely location of the hotel, but very limited hot options for vegans which was quite disappointing as their dinner menu had plenty of delicious-looking vegan-friendly options. The chef was happy to prepare some mushrooms that weren't cooked in butter for me, and there were dairy-free options for milk and yoghurt/various toppings. My partner, not vegan, really enjoyed his meal.
Our room window faced against a wall/window that seemed like it was part of a disused area of the building, had tape hanging etc, and didn't look particularly pleasant. Given that our stay was in October, if anything, it added to the seasonal vibe of the hotel, and did give us some additional privacy, but for anyone who would prefer a room with a view I don't think they would be pleased.

Pleasant stay in a cozy hotel with good staff and comfortable beds.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The hotel was a little ways out of the city, but easy to walk to. Beautiful looking place.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Stayed for one night. Staff really friendly and room was clean and comfy.

Cons:

Not sure if it can be rectified but there was a strong smell of sewage in my room in the morning.

Nice staff, very tired hotel
Pros:

It's a nice, charming hotel. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was also fine.

Cons:

The rooms and the whole hotel is very tired, it seems like it was renovated 30 years ago and nothing has happened since. The bathroom looked pretty poor and there was a used towel there when I arrived.

Passable but tired room. Accessible bathroom wasn't practical for myself with being tall.

Breakfast was fine, good selection.

Cons:

The room looked tired. Put in an accessible room but that meant the sink was too low down for me with being very tall. Sink was wobbly and was coming off the wall a little. No pictures on the wall, blank walls that needed a paint. Room was very tired and needed a paint and some decoration.

Pros:

Location was ideal for our needs so would book again.
Parking was easy and very reasonably priced. Breakfast had all that was required and the room was spacious. Handy EV charging at a large Sainsbury closeby.

Cons:

The window didnt close completely even with the locks and rattled during the night.
