Car parking was good
The bathroom smelt of sewage like drain problems having to ask for towels as the were none in the room
Beautiful building especially inside as you walk up to the second floor. Very spacious bed. Flexible booking and 24hr desk so you can leave and come back anytime.
The room has an odd musty smell. Almost like damp. And one of the side lamps was not working. The window was too heavy to lift so we could use it to let fresh air in.

The accommodation needs updating,including window frames, bathroom no mixed tabs facilities, just hot and cold taps, shower use only ,although the bath is there, carpet looks that has not been cleaned for a while, just hoovered. The hotel group should invest some funds for up to to date facilities. Very shabby, although the staff were very friendly and hapefull

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location to Bristol and on site parking was ideal.
I thought the parking was included. However it was only £3.50.
Spacious clean good wardrobe space great bathroom building was old interesting lots of history the bed was very comfortable

Room and bathroom was dirty, needs freshened up as well as cleaned

It’s outdated, the staff was rude and I was made to feel out of place
Only thing was good was chris he was fantastic i didn't know anything about rules for Parking Eye they are bad but Chris Sorted it as on the day we arrived nobody was in reception as they had a problem with freezers. I got a ticket but Chris was brilliant thank you Chris
Rooms very outdated needed a shower but couldn't as I couldn't get in old bath so I had to go for my shower at friend's house
The bed was comfortable the breakfast was really good and the staff were great really helpful and friendly especially Emily on reception who was charming and extremely helpful
