Well located, comfortable, very clean, nice room.
At check-in, we had not been given all the info we needed in terms of services, parking, breakfast (included in our reservation).

It is hard to park in the lot they have or if you use the valet service it is expensive and they don’t have a pool

The bathroom sink clogged continuously. The shower door wasn't balanced and would slide open, so had to hold on to door to keep it closed. The room faced the garbage cans for the hotel so was awakened early morning by trash removal. I had asked for a room away from elevators for quiet and yet was placed near trash removal.

Front of hotel was very dirty and needed power washing as it had a weird smell.

Very convenient location to art galleries, restaurants, and historic sites. The hotel was clean, quiet and the room and beds were great.

The front desk staff when I arrived at 11 am with a question only about the parking said, we have your room ready now if you like. Wow, 4 hours before check in time, that was a first and it wasn’t even requested but was so appreciated.
The shower curtain didn’t come down very far and there wasn’t a lip at the floor to retain water. So a lot went out onto the floor making the floor quite slippery.
