Units are spacious apartments and well equipped and maintained. Clean.
Our unit was in the back of the building overlooking a parking lot and the trash pickup. The trash pickup every morning is 4am -5 am . The noise WILL wake you up. Request a suite on the front of the building to avoid this issue.
Stayed here many times. It is a good place for a weekend in Annapolis but no more than 2 nights here. It has a great lobby and free welcome drinks at the bar. However the hotel has declined since we started going there several years ago. We have stayed here over 6 times in the past 2 years.
The hotel now lets dogs/ pets in the rooms. Unfortunately our bed was full of fleas and my wife was severely bitten. If you want to accept animals the hotel has to do a better job of cleaning and changing the bed linens.

It is hard to park in the lot they have or if you use the valet service it is expensive and they don’t have a pool

The bathroom sink clogged continuously. The shower door wasn't balanced and would slide open, so had to hold on to door to keep it closed. The room faced the garbage cans for the hotel so was awakened early morning by trash removal. I had asked for a room away from elevators for quiet and yet was placed near trash removal.
