OK for a concert or to be close to the Airport

Close to CDG Airport
24/7 reception with friendly staff

Cons:

We were given a PMR room, next to the laundry place for the staff.
Which means that the bathroom was under water when we took a shower (there were no curtains, nothing whatsoever). The noise isolation was really bad so I got woken up by all the door slamming, people upstairs, in the hallway etc (note: I sleep with earplugs as I know I am a light sleeper).
Unfortunately for us, the pictures did not match the reality.
And a bit frustrating, you get advertised inside your bedroom that the towels are extra soft etc, while they were quite harsh and had mascara stains on them.

Bon hôtel pour court séjour au Bourget
Pros:

La proximité avec le Musée del’Air et de l’Espace, le bus direct de l’aéroport CDG et le rer pas loin ainsi que quelques commerces. La gentillesse du personnel et le très bon rapport qualité/prix pour la région parisienne.

Cons:

Le bruit de la chambre à côté jusque 2h du matin. L’isolation acoustique est à revoir.

L'emplacement uniquement

Cons:

Le personnel : la dame à l'accueil était seule et était sous pression et accueillait mal les clients. Pas de sourire limite on l'agace. J'ai demandé une chambre avec deux lit simple, la dame me dit " l'hôtel est complet on ne peut pas changer" donc manque d'organisation. La chambre minuscule, rempli de mouche (j'ai pris des photos), sale rempli de poussière. Les ascenseurs, un etait en panne et l'autre montait et descendait une fois sur deux...
Bref j'avais pris cet hôtel pour me preparer pour mon mariage, j'ai eu une très mauvaise experience. Je pense que la 3eme étoile doit être retirer car cet hotel n'a rien avoir avec un trois étoile.
