Lovely ;)
Pros:

Great location not too far from the tube station and bus stops. Not to far from airport. Staff were wonderful, welcoming and so helpful. Rooms were neat and tidy.

Cons:

Unfortunately rooms weren’t that spacious for more than one person.

Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.

Cons:

Chambre minuscule, très mal insonorisée. Rue passante, très bruyante tard le soir et tôt le matin.
Parking payant, non réservable, donc stressant car pas de certitude d'avoir une place. Places de parking minuscules.
Très déçue de cette première expérience dans l'univers Kyriad. Je réserve habituellement dans une chaîne considérée comme moins luxueuse, et je voulais me faire plaisir. Je n'ai pas trouvé la qualité attendue, et donc aucune raison pour moi à l'avenir de payer plus cher pour moins bien...

Pros:

It was very clean, staff were welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. The bed was v comfortable, good pillows.

Cons:

Room is very small, barely space to pass at end of bed to the other side. Not much space for bit luggage I would think. Bathroom was tiny and shower would have been a problem for someone not too small. Not luxurious but clean. We stayed just one night so it wasn't too bad for that
