Excellent hotel for my business trip, ticked all the right boxes!
Pros:

Absolutely ticked all the right boxes for a work trip. Staff were excellent and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

A really great place to break the journey. Exceptional staff and great for travelling with dog.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, croissants truly excellent.

Cons:

Nothing. It really did exceed my expectations. I have already recommended it as a brilliant stop over en route to Cornwall.

Great and exceptionally friendly staff
Pros:

Checked in on 30th August, guy on the reception was very professional and polite making check in enjoyable after day of driving. Same with lady during breakfast really happy from level of service

Super friendly staff
Pros:

So I went here in august 2025 and the staff was so good so nice and friendly. Sue or Jo I think her name was was so nice to me and my family. Even though it was only five days we still had fun. And there was a services litterally right next door so if we got hungry we we went to a McDonald’s.

Great for a stopover
Pros:

This place does what it says on the tin. A good, clean, comfy room with a good breakfast, dog friendly and great staff. This is a no frills hotel, don’t expect swimming pools or gyms, but if you need somewhere to stopover on the road, this is great. You will pay for parking, which is more to do with the services that the hotel, but feels a bit mean. The services next door are better than most too. The EV chargers are taken very quickly.
